This place is so much fun! I took my four year old her on two different occasions and had a blast! I decided to give it 4/5 stars for a few different reasons. There are a few things at the park that could be fixed to help with time/ convenience. So this place is pretty big. There's a sprinkler section that had all the water works, then theirs two separate little park areas. I definitely suggest bringing your kiddo IN their bathing suit because there are only 2 restrooms and they ALWAYS have long lines. Another issue we ran into was parking. The parking lot IS NOWHERE near big enough for this park. The last two times we came, there was no parking and you had to park on the street and walk into the park. Other than those things, my kid had a blast. The park was packed with kids and families! The water sprinklers are definitely adult friendly so go have fun with...

A nice average sized park. Two playgrounds- one for littles & one for olders- separated by a short slope. Wood chips for ground cover. One covered picnic area with tables, one uncovered, some trees for shade available to sit under. Cement benches available near the play structures. The Splash Pad is under repairs- find more info at the City of PO FB page. Bathrooms are clean! The park is clean. There are nice, easy, dirt walking trails that a stroller can traverse. Average amount of parking. I could see it full on a hot day when the splash...

Park is nowhere near large enough for the amount of housing in the area. The equipment is ok but is starting to age and is in frequent need of repair. The ladders have exposed steel cabling that is frayed and covered with duct tape. The bridge is held together in places with zip ties. Additionally there are no single swings and the playground is not inclusive in any way. The city really needs to invest in this area as there are a ton of new families in the area that deserve a better...

McCormick park was a great time! The splash pad is super nice for a hot day ! But be advised the water is cold! I also brought my own chairs to sit so we didnt have to worry about getting a picnic table. It is also nice that they have a bigger playground and one for smaller kids. I also saw alot of people walking the paths but we didnt venture that way. Also not a ton of parking so be prepared to go early!

Fantastic park. There are easy walking trails, picnic benches under shade, and playgrounds for big kids & little ones. A large splash pad is available at the push of a button. The restrooms are well maintained. Decent amount of parking available. One of the best parks in the area, and it's free!!! Highly recommend for your next family outing.

For the record, I am giving 5 stars to the two small dog parks. There are adjacent off-leash parks for large or small dogs, which is awesome. The dog areas are well away from the main park area which is usually loaded with family activity on the playgrounds and fountain area. Mutt mitts are on-hand (literally). Olympic Otter
