It’s a cute park to take your younger children but isn’t much to do for the teenagers unless they’re running a much on the gazebo like contraption. The bathrooms aren’t really clean ever and I wish there was more of a walking trail for people who want to walk while their kids play or are doing soccer or the such but it’s a short walk from my house so it’s the go to park in the area. The water wasn’t cold in the water fountain by time we left my little didn’t want to walk home because the water fountain wasn’t hydrating enough.

I was recently offered this field as a rental for soccer . I went to check it out before committing. Honestly this field is a complete disgrace and a hazard for any kind of athletic team. Holes, weeds and overall lack of maintenance. PSL Parks really need to preview this for themselves and ask would they themselves pay for such an atrocious field.

I mainly go to Turtle Run for softball practice for my oldest daughter. It has two baseball/softball fields, and they are not the greatest fields in PSL, but they are fields. They are not lighted, and the bugs can get pretty bad at sundown as the fields are located at the edge of a tree line.

The playground itself is decent for younger children aged 4-8. It is mulched and has several slides and a couple of swings. The playground gets quite packed with children during the weekdays after school when we typically visit.

Man it was like the white ppl that was there with kids act like they never seen a black kid there to play...it was really sad the way that they was acting towards my son because he was trying to play with the other kids within 5 to 10 minutes all the other kids was outside of the gate of the park for my son didn't understand I tried to explain it to him but he's three and want to play eventually I...
