Erickson Center for the Arts — Attraction in Portage Township

Curtis is blessed to have this community center for arts Built and paid for as an act of Love for his community by Mr Erickson It’s a very attractive building on the South Manistique lake with an awesome view. I played the “Big bad wolf “ in the broadway musical Shrek , which took place last there last year. Sold out all shows, it was awesome. There’s always something going on there, at least in the warmer days . Local artist have their wares displayed and sold there also . We had gpa's lunchin there after his funeral. All the staff were awesome ppl. The place is beautiful n very clean. The food was excellent n hot. There was enough room for all of the guests n there was alot!!! Just wanna say thank u for making my families tragedy smooth n w/o issues...

This is an amazing venue. State of the art sound system and lighting in a theater where there is truly not a bad seat, even in the last row. They were very welcoming to our band and took very good care of us. I can't say enough good...
