My husband and I stopped here because of the great reviews. All in all, fantastic food, poor service. We stood around for a couple minutes and then someone handed us a menu, but we weren’t seated. We did not have a waitress, just someone who brought the food out. Not a friendly atmosphere, but not downright rude either. The yard and tables were not clean or organized, if cleanliness is important I wouldn’t advise going here. The food was PHENOMENAL and we enjoyed the lake view, but all things considered you may find it more enjoyable to order it to-go. Additionally, there is very limited parking so be prepared to walk.

The cowboy corn bites were absolutely divine! Definitely don’t pass on those with a side of their great ranch. We enjoyed a couple of nice stiff drinks with a great view of the lake from the bar while we waited for our meals. You can definitely tell this is a place where everybody knows your name’ as locals were popping in to chat with the staff. The philly cheesesteak was good and the bacon cheeseburger was just right with nicely cooked thick cut bacon. Fries on both were crispy and delicious.

City people like me will be glad to have an elbow rub with fisherfolk and John Deer types unhitched from time and nowhere to go but this lake side watering hole. I'm shocked! Shocked! I tell you that anyone would complain about slow service. Listen fool loosen your belt, shoot some pucks and the breeze, the guy at the bar wearing dirty jeans, he's alot better at splitting wood than you are.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit this place because of a few bad reviews. It seemed the reviewers wanted some sort of TGI Fridays experience where you have 12 wait staff on hand and able to give their tables their undivided attention.

The Pub is adorable, super friendly people, looks like a mom and pop run type of place. It's very low key, and everyone there had a friendly face on, including the other customers. It's obvious it's a favorite local spot, and I can see why.

It only took us about 5 minutes for someone to come over to ask if we had been helped, it looked like there was a total of 2 waitresses and a couple bus boys. Our Server Jessica was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to talk to, and didn't make us feel like she was overwhelmed or in a rush by any means. The food came out in a timely manner and was DELICIOUS. Not to mention, there are quite a few tables you can eat on outside looking out on the water.

While eating our food, an older gentleman came up to us offering a few pages of clean jokes that he had written. Dr. Jim Surell was his name, and he made us laugh and enjoy this place even more. He told us a book he had written on Amazon that we will definitely be buying for the kids! (Laughter is Good Medicine)

Garbage! Waitress was terrible. No smile and I know she didn’t smile bcuz she wasn’t wearing a mask. She was not friendly and seemed as if we were bothering her when asking for condiments. Which They barely had any of in the first place. Food is just your generic Gordon food service. Nothing fancy to write home about. Waste of money in my opinion.

You were out of honey mustard as we ordered the chicken tenders. Asked for A-1 and she brought a yucky bottle and said this is all we have not sure what’s in it which only had about 2 Tablespoons in it. And I was just using Gordon’s as a generic reference to prepackaged food. I guess I’m just used to places that are privately owned owners take pride in cleanliness and having some specialty items on the menu. She just was not a very friendly waitress like I said she seemed as if we were a bother to ask...

Service was AWFUL and for me to say that takes a lot, I waitressed for many years and always willing to give the service industry a break. I’m working in the area and we were pretty hungry and excited to check this place out. However, when walking in we were greeted with “Uh, can I help you?” From the bartender In a very rude tone with a rolling of her eyes, when asked to see a menu she huffed and puffed and ended up tossing it as us, we did not eat there as I haven’t experienced something quite like this before and don’t want to deal with that rudeness or spend our money there, even after her extreme rudeness we still tried to be polite and say thank you, we were returned with absolute silence! WE WILL...
