Super cute and sentimental little area in Portsmouth. There's a nice little gazebo area with a bell in remembrance of those who battled cancer. I'll let you read the sign yourself but it is really a nice place to reflect indeed. If you're going through it, just know that this spot is available! The walk itself is short and straightforward with benches along the way. You get a nice view of the bridge and the water as well. As far as I know it's just street parking.

Pretty view of the water, bridge and part of the naval yard across the water, a great spot to watch the sun set over the horizon, the sunrise from the east peaking and glistening off the canal... and after sundown all the many different lights out across the waterway...Peaceful serenity. It's also a historical district. One of the many hidden beauties of Portsmouth if one knows where to look. Even better with good company.

Windy today , quiet with no one around …the dogs did good BUT the glass and trash made it difficult for them to walk on the beach areas, no real pathway onto beach, wear your hiking shoes.

This is so tranquil. Live to bring my grandchildren and my Chihuahua and just let them enjoy the scene. The dog and kids live playing in the sand. Port Norfolk also a great neighborhood to live and raise your kids. Quite for...
