Scenic 6 RV Park (Potlatch) Day adventure: 1.5 hours from CDA, 80 miles. Scenic 6 community park has a paved walking loop that connects all the activities together. On one side of the park there is RV spots, cabin rentals and parking. A small play structure and flushable bathrooms. Small to large pavilions to enjoy. Little further down the trail is a seasonal splash pad with its own gazebo and benches. This is also near the RC race car track and musical instruments. Racquet ball courts. In the middle of the trail loop is large grass area and ultimate frisbee. Keep walking the trail to find the baseball field, and then afterwards the volley ball court with a larger pavilion center for community gatherings. More parking available here. Connecting back around to the beginning you will find the train, and community center for events. Along with the cabins and small pond. Community events are held here throughout the year: National night out, Christmas light displays, Church in the park, Potlatch community days, RC racing events and much more is hosted here. Amenities: Play structure with bark, swings, flushable bathrooms, drinking fountain, multiple picnic shelters with grill available to rent, open space to run in between, paved loop trail for walkers/runners, seasonal splash pad, baseball field, volleyball court with net, racquet courts, disk golf, musical instruments, workout equipment, a small pond/stream, cabins and RV spots to camp at. Address: 📍Scenic 6 Park 125 6th St, Potlatch, ID 83855

This immediately becomes a Palouse destination for us. Price; location; amenities, etc., this place is a winner. There may have been some full-timers, but we didn't notice any. Clean restrooms, and perfectly flat concrete pads that were very spacious. Electricity tower was weird, though? It was pointed towards the adjacent site, and was way far up on the location. We had to park the tin can close to the egress road, but there was plenty of room for our puller to the side. And we could have played volleyball on our pad, there was so much extra room. Never saw the camp host, and had to get the wifi code (slow, but needed for the rural area) from an RV neighbor. Great job by the town of Potlatch for this place, though. I'd go back tomorrow...

Very cute, adorable, small, newer park. Cement pad, grass, table bbq/fire pit, good spacing, great walking path. Park is the nicest place in town. It has lots of history too! Great place to take dogs. Didn't use bathroom. Stayed in a 35' fifth wheel and would definitely recommend this park.

Scenic 6 Park is a well-kept community park with walking/jogging path that is just under one mile in length. The retired train depot building is available for rent for small gatherings of under 50 people and there are two baseball/softball fields on the property. In addition to play areas for children, there are multiple RV pads available with full water, sewer and electrical hook-ups as well as tent camping. Pets must be kept on a leash. View the antique steam locomotive that once carried lumber from the nearby forests to the Company town of Potlatch where the largest white pine saw mill in the world once stood. And stop by any of the local businesses for everything you need during your visit. We have a grocery store, an auto repair shop, parts store, farm and fuel supply store, pharmacy, medical clinic and dentist's office. Pretty much everything you need without the hustle and bustle of the big city. And the friendliest people you'll...

This has been our Idaho home over the summer. I am a travel nurse and my family travels with me. It was wonderful for our 3 kids, 2 dogs and our cat! Great large paved sites with fire pit and picnic tables. The kids loved the playground! There's also a 1 mile walking/biking trail, pickle ball courts, volley ball court, and they just put in a splash pad! The people are wonderful, Daniel is very accommodating to campers and a wonderful camp host, and Ms Karin keeps the park grounds beautiful! Lots of fruit trees and a variety of flowers. Scenic six is a peaceful place to relax, and a fun place to stay. If we are ever back in Idaho, scenic 6 is where we will be! Potlatch is a wonderful town with a very rich history and has so much to offer...
