I love our little tiny park actually. At first I was like meh. But we've had so many cool little adventures there. And I love seeing the tall trees. And it's close. And there's water. And there's a view where you can see the stars through the trees and the moon. And there's a lot of trees there for such a small area. It's a really good tiny Park. We've seen a lot of wildlife that lives there surprisingly. I'm surprised that we saw a possum and a raccoon. And there are bats and lightning bugs. And lots of squirrels and different birds. It's a really nice little Park despite my first initial feelings about it...And then you add in the swallows. They come around five or six and they'll swoop right by your head trying to get bugs. There's a lot of them and it's a sight to see. Apparently not a lot of the parks around have basketball courts so the fact that they have a basketball court for nearby children to play at and for people to teach their kids how to play sports is pretty great. And the park connects communities. It's decently well lit at night. And they have a ton of tadpoles in the water. But the swallows.. they were something else. If you live nearby, the walk to the park allows for a very nice view at night and during sunset time. There's a cute little bridge with a tiny little waterfall. And there's a little wooded area that you can walk through if you don't mind facing the bugs. Frankly as a child I would have played in that little creek and I would have walked it all the way to the front of the park. And I hope that some of the children do that...

I've been going here for as long as I can remember, but it has changed a bit for the worse.

Some mechanisms on the playground are broken, like the tornado pole or the speakers. The swings are pretty rusty and creak a lot. You can go inside the building most of the time, but sometimes, it'll be closed.

Additionally, there used to be an outdoor water fountain that worked (you can still find it there, broken, of course) and the tennis and basketball courts are MERGED so be careful. There's only one hoop.

However, there is also a nice trail, creek, baseball field, and hidden trail. I used to go on the hidden trail myself plenty of times, but I think it's been overgrown by plants.

Not a park I'd recommend for things like birthday parties, but a good...

The park is well kept and has lots of benches. I wish there was shade over the playground, but there are two playground structures- one for older kids and one for younger. There is a cute trail that my young children enjoyed walking. It leads into the neighborhood, but goes through trees and has small bridges that go over a little canal. Nothing fancy, but my toddlers...
