The girl in the picture with the gray shirt who said her name is Zoe that works the window has a very nasty attitude. 1st she jerked my money out my hand, then had an issue with the fact that there wasn't a lot of green apple in my snowball when I brought it back asking if it could be remade. She rudely asked me how long ago I purchased the snowball. Grabbed it took two spoonfuls out and added some green apple syrup.... two scoops later, same issue!! Seems like either she just subtle rude nasty energy or racist because she had an attitude with another bIack customer who was patiently waiting at the window before me asking "do you need something". Never had these issues with the original crew and been coming here since my children were children (they are now adults). She makes the whole experience bad when you have someone who may feel like they can have snarl nasty attitude with customers. I encounter this with her every time I come.
Other than that the snowballs are the best in BR and the owners have always been a pleasant experience. I love what they do for the children (the playground) and how they make the snowball stand so colorful and...

Read moreNormally great Snowballs and cute atmosphere. They were great at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic utilizing drive-through, but that appeared to be a stunt to remain open at the beginning of the quarantine. When the state entered Phase 1 all pretenses were dropped. No masks inside, no indicators or any practices that encourage social distancing. When asked if they would take an order over the phone (To avoid the crowd that steadily formed) while we were out front, they had no interest in arranging this. This is, of course, their prerogative. I will, however, be avoiding them in favor of a competitor that IS doing drive-through orders while we are still living under the Sword of...
