Lil Bambinos Playtorium, LLC — Attraction in Prairieville

I was VERY disappointed with the execution of the "workers" at this party venue. They did very little to make the party flow properly. They stood in the corner as the 2-year-old threw the tissue and wrapping paper on the floor and didn't bother to pick it up. Neither one of the "workers" cracked a smile. All they had to do was bring the trash can over to where the child was opening the gifts and pick up the mess. After standing there for a while just watching the paper pile up, one of them left the room and shortly thereafter the second one left. They were nowhere to be found. After the food was eaten and the gifts opened, the final straw was when one of the parents of a child who was a guest started picking up dirty plates and cups. The father of the birthday child had to kick the paper out of the way and in a pile so no one would slip on them. I recently went to a BD party at a venue that is based on the same theory as Lil Bambino's. The employees never left the BD child's side, paper was taken from the child as she opened her gifts, and they had a person there writing down what the gift was and who gave it to the child. At lil Bambino's I asked one of the workers to go in there and help the parents clean up. She said OK, but never moved! On the way out, I saw the other helper with her feet up at the front desk. She didn't have any intentions of moving either! I doubt that these two girls ever had proper training, so I blame the owner/manager. Maybe if I had not actually experienced the way a place like this should operate, I would not be as critical, but anyone would realize that the way the party was executed was sad. I won't be back, and I'm sure none of the parents that were there...

My daughter found Lil Bambinos Playtorium when looking for a place to meet a friend and her kids who would be in from out of state and staying in that area. They met here so they could visit and their children could have their play time. They were so pleased with the experience that my daughter booked my grand daughters birthday party here, even though it is 40 miles from where we all live!

The party was this past weekend and nothing and nothing but positive remarks can be made about it.

#1. The birthday girl and her friends enjoyed it! A. The kids ages ranged from 2yrs to 10yrs and each and everyone of them had so much fun! B. It was the only party there and it was closed to the public.

#2. The young man and young lady working the party did a phenomenal job! They were polite, courteous, attentive, and great workers.

Specific examples of how they earned this praise: A. They took the initiative to set up the children's places at the table (making sure the bday girl was in a special spot) and made sure each and every child was offered food and drink) B. They cleaned up spills as soon as they happened, gave napkins as soon as one was dropped, helped gather the unwrapped presents and other items together to make it easier to bring to the car. C. We had a 2liter soda explode when it was opened, spewing sticky soda all over! They IMMEDIATELY cleaned it up and made sure the guest did not feel uncomfortable about what happened. C. All of this was done with smiles on their faces!

In a time where good and courteous service is rare; it is a pleasure to patron a business where these qualities...

My daughter had her 5th Birthday party over the weekend here and it was AMAZING! The place is really clean and the staff goes above and beyond helping you! The three ladies there were very helpful and hands on. Some of the best assistants that I have ever had at a birthday party. We had children of all ages from one month to twelve years of age and everyone had a great time. There was something for all the children to do! The party room is spacious, seats a lot of people, and the time you get to do presents and cake is plenty of time. Also, it was a private party for no extra cost which i really enjoyed.
