Airborne X Gonzales — Attraction in Prairieville

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival was told the bathroom was out of service and they knew about it since yesterday! COMPLETELY unacceptable, for an event with young children, was never informed beforehand. Addressed the issue with the manager, her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude, clearly in need of training, must be a family member of the owner because there’s no way someone with that attitude should be employed. Instead of offering any solutions or even an apology, escalated the situation to the point of involving the police. I wasn’t the first person to experience this today. Hosting events come with a basic level of responsibility, and they failed miserably. I would never recommend! I paid over 800 dollars! For kids parents to be driving down the street to use the restroom! My daughter’s party was a mess. To also come in to them running out of table cloths and cut one into two to cover to tables! As a businesses owner of multiple businesses, I would like to say do better! Invest in your employees to have proper training! RUN the cameras back today! SHE LITERALLY SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE, I am flabbergasted! I am a faithful costumer of AE in Denham I would never go to Gonzales EVER AGAIN! Thank to KYON for trying to accommodate me but I am NOT PLEASED! Having a functioning restroom is a legal requirement, why are yall still open?!?!?

Employees were rude! Upon entering the front desk bc could barely ring us up bc they kept talking amongst themselves after asking me a question and then people in the front were yelling out the office to those at reception desk, instead of walking up and waiting for everyone to check in or excusing themselves so they could talk to the employees quickly. I literally, had to repeat myself 4 times about how many kids I had, how long we wanted to jump and twice I had to tell them my phone number! Employees weren't always watching while walking and almost bumping in to people without saying excuse me. Also, the "rules" apparently changed for ziplining and other activities since the month that we were last there and the young girl working them, was also rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. We loved it when it first opened, but as time has passed, it's gone down hill. I understand teens are what mainly work here, but there needs to be some sort of better training that deals more with manners. The ONLY reason I am giving it one star is because it wouldn't allow me to go less than that! We were planning on holding a double birthday party for our son and daughter, but I refuse to spend that kind of money here...

It’s was a fun atmosphere but I personally had a bad experience I keep being harassed for having bottle drinks in the play area. First encounter I was trying to get a message but was told they couldn’t have drinks in that area so I needed to either pick them up or put them in my bag. So I got out the chair and went looked for my kids because every other parent had drinks as well but I was the only one being told not to have drinks in that area. So maybe 10 min went by and the same lady plus two men approached me about having the drinks in the play area. So I politely let them Know it’s more parent with the same bottle drinks but I’m the only one being told something. The man say bottle drinks are allowed and I said that’s all I have so they apologized and the look for the others and said oh they do have drinks I’m sorry let me go tell her then. I said yes I’m finna leaving because at this point I was uncomfortable and just over it. I got my kids and left because to me that’s embarrassing and not call for I was singled out for whatever reason but I’ll never go back!! I didn’t spend money...
