I'm not a fan of this park.

The spray grounds are the best part, but the surrounding ground cover is rocks, and they end up all over. Bring your water shoes or a broom.

The playground is ok, my child had fun, but there are only two benches for everyone. Bring camp chairs if you want to sit anywhere.

The womans bathroom was a mess. There were multiple things broken, including the large stall door. I can only imagine the men's.

No drinking fountain near the restroom or playground. Make sure you bring extra water because there's no shade over the playground and minimal large trees (new park,...

The playground has a few things easy for younger children. It's got a lot of climbing apparatuses for children who love to climb. There is also a splash pad that's quite refreshing during the really hot days. Definitely fun for the littles. I believe it turns on around 11am, off at 6pm. There is a beautiful large soccer field. The grass and grounds are well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Womens bathroom anyway. There are covered picnic tables available. We always see dogs when visiting. Dog friendly park for sure. It's really a...

My kids love this park, the playground is fun, and there's a huge grass area to play on as well. The bathrooms are clean, but no soap and the hand dryer didn't work in the women's bathroom.

*Updated 7/2022

The splash pad is a great addition, super fun for the summer, and sometimes the sprinklers on the grass are on as well, giving more options for cooling off. The Ramada provides shade and tables and is right next to the...

Prescott and Prescott Valley is a popular getaway spot in Arizona and we love these two side-by-side towns! Just 2 hours from Phoenix can bring you cooler temps, fun hikes, and great family activities and restaurants! 🚗 Here are our top favorites! Bookmark for the summer, and share with a friend who needs getaway ideas. 🚗 Heritage Park Zoo - rescued wildlife of over 200 animals, plus a playground and seasonal splash pad Sharlot Hall Museum - historical buildings and info about the area Downtown Prescott - walk around the beautiful courthouse, browse unique shops, a must do for sure Watson Lake, Willow Lake, Goldwater Lake, Granite Basin Lake, Lynx Lake - Watson and Lynx Lakes are the most popular, but enjoy hiking, kayaking, picnicking, fishing and some swimming and camping at select locations. Fain Park is also a good option. Musuem of Indigenous People - learn about the culture and art of indigenous people of the southwest Constellation Trail - east 2.4 mile loop trail Highlands Nature Center - easy trails, nature themed playground Kayla’s Hands Park - covered playground Granite Creek Park, Bob Edwards Park, Mountain Valley Park - cool off at these splash pads + playgrounds Park Collective Indoor Playground - beat the heat at this free indoor play area Get Air Trampoline Park - another great indoor spot if the weather is iffy Libraries - both Prescott and Prescott Valley have public libraries with great kid areas Bonus - stop by Mortimer Farms on the way for play time and farm grown goodies Where to Eat - Bill’s Pizza, Wild Iris Coffee, Grumpy Sicilian, Farm Provisions, The Local, Raven Cafe, That Apple Pan, Casa Alvarez, Where to Stay - Hassayampa Inn, The Motor Lodge, camp at Lynx Lake 🎥: Lynx Lake @prescottcityguide @cityofprescottaz @experienceprescott @prescottvalleytown
