Subway — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Ordered online, came to pick up after 20 minutes. They hadn’t started the order, which one person was there with one new person, that was fine. After losing the order tickets, they reprinted my receipt in order to make the food, and it was awful. My wife got the wrong bread, no cheese sauce, they were out of roast beef so we had to sub with chicken. My sandwich was at least mostly correct but it was just thrown onto the bread, the mayo didn’t even make it inside the sandwich. Then they were out of pretzels the woman said, right now I feel as if she just didn’t want to make one.

No numbers to contact and make a complaint, they don’t answer the phone in the store, and they were rude to the 4 customers they had waiting.

I understand there were only two people working but the "hurry up and order an get out" additude that was given was completely unacceptable. Our sandwiches were thrown together as fast as possible with no care. I couldn't even fi ish my sentence before being cut off.
