By Brothers — Attraction in Princeton

This place was recommended to me by an acquaintance and the reviews on here were generally positive (with the exception of two or three negative ones) and it suffices to say that although I was anticipating visiting this place with my family, I was sorely disappointed. I'm not certain where to best begin, but I'll begin with the poor state of the animals on the farm. All of the animals I saw (horses, alpacas, goats, etc) looked dehydrated, malnourished, their hair was matted, and to make matters worse, they were housed in open caged areas with no shelter or roof, no trees to provide shade, etc on a 90+ degrees day. This brings me to my next point. We were visiting with a 6-month old baby (we were excited to take him to his first attraction) and the temperature was a minimum of 90 degrees and there was very little shade anywhere on the property! There was only a train ride included in the entrance ticket for protection from the sun and UV rays and then a wooden structure next to the children's water park and the structure had no A/C, electric fans, or even a mist dispenser or anything that could mitigate the intensity of the heat. And as Miamians know, it's ALWAYS hot/humid in Miami, so local attractions should adapt and prepare accordingly. Outside food and drinks are prohibited, so if you're thirsty, you need to purchase a $10 juice or if you want to save money, a soda or water inside the park. The only area with a modicum of shade and trees was the spot advertised as the "Lake of Verona." I asked an employee where it was located and they didn't even know what that was until I mentioned a heart shaped structure. If I'm  being frank, this was probably the nicest "attraction" on the property and it still didn't match the photograph (that was actually an aerial view of the garden) on the website. After about an hour, we left as we felt it was too dangerous to expose a baby to those extreme conditions. The place was also overall much smaller and not as pretty as the photos online. I'd say if you're truly inclined to visit By Brothers, you should really temper your expectations, but you'd be wise to save your money, your health, and your time. Went to this amusement park this weekend with family and I must say the park was an amazing experience for their pumpkin patch festival,so much to see and do for all ages and I highly recommend. From the animals ,fishes, birds inside the aviary there is so much activity as well as beautifully decorated. I didn't give a 5 star rating because of 2 things, has our dinner and we were seated. Menu is small and was expecting easy things for kids like burgers but there wasn't any. Fried chicken could be better wasn't well seasoned and with 1 plate it'll hold over 2 people to go eat somewhere else, now what really made me angry was my bill came out to $80+ and after paying the waitress handed me my receipt (her name was Lilly )& asked me was there anything wrong with the service?I was busy chatting with my friend and my hands were busy putting away my card and receipt and she caught me off guard and I gave her a questioning look as to why she's asking that??she goes in to tell me "oh well there's no tip on the receipt with a very serious face". I was left frozen because I've never encountered that behavior from any wait staff and I'm always a good tipper but I do cash ONLY and that made our entire table feel very uncomfortable. I don't place any tip on my CC period. I was extremely annoyed at the abrasive way in which I was asked and sat and almost didn't say anything but I couldn't and I told her it makes me as a guest feel very uncomfortable being watched and basically demanding a tip when I just ate and you didn't give me a moment to put away my property and even finish my conversation or drink in peace?I got up after having a conversation with her and the manager I think Yara came over and asked and she was told what happened. She understood and of course apologized but truly that was not a good experience for a first timer and wait staff probably need to be retrained.My second issue is the bunny and hamster cages, please please place solid flooring inside the cages because I have a bunny as a pet and it causes them what's called "sore hocks" and is very dangerous for...

By Brothers...(bye bye by brothers...) a place that promised a haven of wonder, yet turned out to be a heart-wrenching disappointment. Enthralled by its seemingly stellar location and the shimmering allure of its social media presence, we ventured forth, fueled by dreams of a delightful day. But oh, how swiftly dreams can turn to dust!

The moment we exchanged our hard-earned money for entrance tickets and animal feed, our anticipation was cruelly shattered. (OVERPRICED) Like a thief in the night, our animal feed was stolen, whisked away by unseen hands. We turned to the management, our hearts heavy with dismay, but were met with nothing but cold indifference. No offer of a refund, no gesture to replace what was taken, leaving our children's hands empty and their spirits crushed.

To add to this sorrowful tale, the sanctuary we sought for our little ones was marred by chaos. Adults, in a thoughtless pursuit of their own pleasure, overran the children's areas, robbing the young ones of their joy and space to play. It was a land without law, devoid of supervision, a place where management and staff were but ghosts, unseen and uncaring.

This place, so full of potential, has become a shadow of what it could be. It took us more than 90 minues to get there and we had hope, our promise is that we will never return. Beware, dear reader, do not be swayed by the siren song of its social media – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok for behind the facade lies a realm overpriced and nightmarish.

I strongly advise against taking your children to By Brothers. This place is nothing like what it promises; it's where fun and excitement die. The only good part of our visit was leaving it behind. It felt like we were escaping from a bad dream that had turned into a real nightmare. Consider this a serious warning: By Brothers is a place filled with disappointment and sadness. It's better to find somewhere else for your family outings, somewhere far away from the negative atmosphere of By Brothers.
