Went here on a cool February morning to go birding and take some pictures. The parking lot is at the end of west dr on your right. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I could already hear the abundance of birds. The outlooks are really nice and the trails are well maintained. I loved the small suspension bridge over the creek on the blue trail. Great, short hikes and a great spot to shoot wildlife.

Trails were nice and the wildlife overlooks were great. We actually hiked here from Princeton Battlefield, going through Institute Woods. It was a great day!

Beautiful little spot we found while hiking through Institute Woods. Highly recommend it if you are into bird watching.

While the thought of visiting here and seeing the wildlife from walking around the park would be great, the road leading to the parking lot is currently a disaster. We recommend driving you very slowly and carefully around the many many potholes here.

Also upon her visit the area was too flooded to walk around, so we were limited to viewing the field in the middle from the only tower by the parking lot.

My recommendation before coming here is to bring a real camera with a telephoto zoom, this would give you the best photos of...

A great getaway just off Princeton's main road. Nice trails but they're not so well marked. The paper map doesn't show the whole area. Had to resort to a GPS app to navigate our way back to the trail after we wandered up a creek.

Didn't see any animals or flowers in February and the trails were very muddy and icy. But I was out for 2.5 hours with 3 of my kids (11,9,6) and feel like we barely scraped the surface of the...

I was very disappointed this morning. I am a visitor from Washington State and was looking forward to seeing new birds, etc., but actually only saw or heard two. First, someone taller than 6 ft. needs to clear the foot paths, as I spent most of my time bent over, plus a lot of the path was covered. Second, the signage is not adequate nor fully visible where one time I took the wrong turn and had to...
