As a 10 year customer, I want to let you know that dealing with the Big Blue Bug is the easiest compared to so many other companies. I always speak to a live person, that values me as a customer, tries to accommodate my appointment schedule and requests, is efficient and friendly. Every technician that has come to my home is professional, neat, efficient and friendly.

Yesterday (Sunday) I called a spoke to a live person that was so helpful, understood my request for someone to come out to my home this morning. I have company arrives at 4 today for a two week visit and didn’t want them to see the bugs. When I talked to Debbie this morning, she was so friendly and accommodating in addressing my needs-she arranged someone to arrive before noon today. Bruce called ½ hour before this arrival, and he was efficient and friendly and sprayed where I explained to him what we needed. I also talked to Emma, who was friendly, polite, and was able to help me with getting this email to management.

I don’t remember all the technician names that have come out to the house, or all the wonderful people on the phone in the office-but I will say that everyone has been wonderful. Dealing with Big Blue Bug is refreshing in today's world where you need to press so many numbers to get to someone who can’t help at all.
