We did an airbnb experience of walking through the rainforest. Our guide Hannah was fantastic. She gave us a lot of facts about the plant life and took us to the water slide which we didn’t get a chance to go because the water levels were too high but overall the hike was fantastic and I highly recommend this to anybody who really likes an outdoor experience. Wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet that are protective for your feet and that are comfortable, I wore a light windbreaker or rain jacket. I also wore a long pants, protect my legs. You will get muddy and you will get wet. Do you expect that and enjoy. I recommend buying the tickets in advance even though it’s stated that I was going to rain. It did not on our hike.

It's a fun hike, but definitely muddy, slippery and wet. About 25% of the folks in our small group tour fell once, including our guide. Whatever shoes you bring will get 100% submerged in water for at least 15+ minutes of the hike. I used some boat water shoes that were great.Hiiking sneakers are good too, but know they will be submerged, so you'll need to dry them out afterward. You can wash most of the mud off in the creek at the end of the hike. The hike to the falls is not long, but it does include some scrambling and one steep climb. A rope swing and rock jumps into the water are there at the end with the waterfall.

The forest was nothing short of amazing. We we're on a guided tour which I highly recommend. You most definitely want some shoes that has good traction on them and you don't mind getting them extremely muddy. Also if your not in shape you will be once you leave because you're going to use every muscle in your body to climb, pull, hand onto tree limbs to help keep balance etc. It will be an experience you won't forget

Private property, drive until the end of the road from Google maps location. On January 26th it was 10$ for vehicle plus 2$ a person. The owner is a lovely gentleman that receives you at the gate and explains about the property and trail. It is very popular with organized tours... There were probably 100 people there on a Wednesday. NO ENTRY FOR SOLO adventureres. There were casualties when solo hikers slipped and fell with none to help. The trail is moderate but very slippery (approx. 20 min.) and you have to cross the river. Water shoes, bathing suit and nothing else is recommended, or put your valuables in a water tight bag. Once you get to the first pool, you'll see a swing, that's where the trail wraps around to a natural water slide area. Super fun. All in all 2-3 hours is a good visit, it gets cold since it's very shaded. On the way back, hose off the mud off your shoes....
