This museum is chock full of local artifacts, family treasures and 💕 love. Displays are carefully labeled, and Scarlett will augment your experience with her wealth of regional knowledge. Look for the ORIGINAL Wyeth!

Very cool buildings and history! We were unable to go into the museum as it was closed but we will be stopping in next time we are in town. Definitely an attraction worth stopping for.

Great place to visit while at Copper Breaks State Park! Beautiful old depot with many exhibits from covering Quanah Parker to veterans to train history to local pioneers.

Have you ever seen a working steam locomotive that could fit in the back of a pick-up? Did you know Apollo astronauts, unknown and unauthorized by NASA, left the only known artwork on the moon? Ever been inside a secretive Masonic lodge room? If not, you should stop by to learn and experience this and so much more. From ancient Native American art to railroad history, this museum has something for everyone. Plan on between 2-4 hours here depending on your level of interest (and thats not including the jail museum building, which we did not have time to visit). Hours are from 10am to 4pm Monday thru...

A lot of very interesting things to see and amazing stories to hear when you go to this place. You can see the old jail, the items used back in the days (some over 100 years old) and get to know about Quanah Parker. There is a unused bridge outside which is great for photo shoots. Scarlet, the museum guide, is such a sweet person! We unknowingly parked on the wrong side of the museum and she went out of her way and walked all the way from the museum to our car on the other side of the block and showed us around. Will be back next time we...
