Beware of the owner with a medium no tail mostly white dog with a bit of black on it. That dog is super aggressive and tried to bite my dog's throat after getting in front of my dog. The owner refused to do anything about it and blamed my dog, who was well behaved and was listening. Also beware of the German shepherd looking dog as well, it continuously barked and even attacked a dog while in the dog park. Of course none of the owners are willing to take responsibility for their dogs poor dangerous behavior.

Fantastic open space, with some grass and fresh running water. Separate entrance for big and small dogs. Not much shade within but they're trying. Huge picnic table under shade ramada very nearby for picnic. Playground for the kids across the way . And there are bathrooms there too . Big parking area if you have your fifth wheel or huge rig with you. Great place to get out and let them run around and stretch their legs! It was not crowded, we were the only ones there.

Here again, outside the “Guests” arguing about who’s dog is starting the fighting… my pups lacks aggressiveness so he just watches and wonders … what’s happening! It’s a nature of some dogs to be alpha and shepherds tent to want that, when they decide they don’t like a dog that will challenge! Just the way doggie do.

I'm not a Quartzite local, but I stopped at the dog park to give my pooch a break while travelling. It was actually really nice! The park is split into three zones, one for small dogs, medium dogs, and large dogs. I heard from another visitor that the large dog zone is called the "Gladiator Pit" because there are a lot of dog fights there. My dog is a medium and since I didn't visit the Pit, I'll just comment on the medium zone. The area is grassy and has a plastic kiddie pool, which was a joy for my dog to roll in on a hot day! There was also a shade structure and a picnic table. Clean poop bags are available, and there was a surprising lack of poop anywhere in the park; Could it be that dog owners here are responsible? Did I just visit on a wonderful day? Who knows, but I'd visit quite often if I lived...

Nice place with grass! Lol. Separated into large and small dog areas, which is good unless, like me, you have large and small. Water available with bowls and tubs. I gave this park a 4 star instead of 5 because the parking area consists of larger gravel, making it difficult for folks in wheelchairs or using walkers to maneuver. What a shame. There are concrete picnic tables where you can visit with friends while watching your dogs run and play. Take your own poop bags, and extra if you can spare any. They are not provided. No photos (sorry) because I have 3 excited doggos, but it is a nice dog park. Not visible from Main Street, but don't hesitate to ask someone how to get there. The people I've met in Quartzsite are kind and...

Come visit my mother twice a month at first I thought this park was great then you find out its just full of a bunch of rude entitled boomers.… you ask around no one has dog vaccinations up to date, dogs using toys left around no one worried about disease definitely a parvo outbreak ready to happen .. sign is perfectly clear on dog sizes but most people just do what they want screw everyone else mentally. Have found an old guy face down in the park a few times people just staring .. gods sake help the man up… stopped going here now just walk on leash by my mothers. Sad. if you run into problems call sheriff they have jurisdiction local...
