Bill's Mutt House — Attraction in Queen Creek

I have included the text messages exchanged between Bill & I. You will see how upset/annoyed I was about him putting the corrective collar on my puppy! I have told all my friends & posted on some public Facebook pages about how he runs his business!

Bill , just a FYI I was running late to be @ my 2nd job! The fact that you mentioned in the Yelp review that I wouldn’t even get out of my car is a lie! I did get out of my car to talk to you , but you keep saying I didn’t want to take the time to look @ the collar you put on my puppy! Well, if I wasn’t running late for my 2nd job I would have .

The fact that you keep insisting that I didn’t know about the collar in your videos is also wrong! Did you not hear when I had said to you “ I noticed the extra collar on him & what was it for? “ Maybe a Alzheimer’s is developing?

The people that read your text messages that were posted all commented saying how rude & unsympathetic you were in your replied texts just proves a point!

Plus any kind of collar that corrects a dogs behavior is a corrective dog collar! Also the fact that you mentioned that you have to be careful of the loud barking dogs … you have neighbors that live by you , why would you even have a dog day care with neighbors that close to you? Dogs bark , that’s what they do! I would never have left my puppy @ your daycare knowing how you take...

We have 2 dogs, including a tripod German Shepherd that gets cranky easily and has anxiety and IBS. To make things worse, our last dogsitter let him escape - we were pretty traumatized. We didn't trust any of the typical boarding kennels to pay enough attention to him, nor any friends to not let him loose again, so we didn't go on vacation for a LONG time.

... but then we found Bill's Mutt House.

First off, Bill does a meet-and-greet to make sure they'll be ok in the group. He makes sure only the dogs that get along play together. He knows every dogs personality and was telling us stories about each one. He also has a very safe outdoor area, including an extra high block fence and a double gate system (like what you see at dog parks).

Bill & helpers post tons of videos on Instagram so you can see your pups every day. I was starting to wonder when HE slept! We could watch ours start to settle in and learn the routine (yep, the dogs do all listen to Bill!) and start having fun. Our tripod boy was apparently getting snappy and they even showed him getting some individual play time until he was ready to play nice with others again.

To top it off, he's cheaper than any of the other boarding places we checked out.

Bill has a great thing going here. We will be recommending him to anyone who needs...

Bill’s is the best!!! 2 years ago we moved to Arizona from Minnesota with our 2 beloved rescue pups, Murphy and Oliver. I was so nervous to find a daycare and boarding facility for them, as Oliver can be pretty timid and defensive in scary situations. We met with Bill on day one and he was AMAZING with Oliver..and Murphy too, who takes a bit to warm up to new people. Bill and every single staff member, past and current have done more than I could’ve imagined to make Oliver feel safe and deter him from his fears. Over the 2+ years, my pups have grown to absolutely love going to daycare and boarding and love their Littles Yard friends. The peace of mind we have in knowing they are loved and well taken care of and enjoy their visits is astounding! Drop off and pick ups are always full of the staff excited to see them and we are given such kind and sweet reviews of their day. Everyone at Bill’s is so loving to all of the pups and they are very pleasant to converse with and you can tell they love what they do! I love the numerous videos they post daily showing our pups and all of their pup friends just hanging out, having fun and “just chillin” as they often say!
