I am very frustrated with Ferguson in Raleigh, NC. We have completely renovated our master Bath and used Ferguson for all of the fixtures and spent over $20,000. We used Delta products for the tub, shower and sinks. Ferguson is fine if you do not have any issues. Our salesperson, Nicole, was fine when we ordered and got the parts as we agreed. Had all the supplies been as we needed I would not be writing this review. However, our Delta shower diverter and trim kit have been nothing short of a nightmare. First our cartridge packed was incorrect, first trip back to Ferguson to swap out. Then when we are all done with our shower and trying to install the final trim on the diverter the trim plate will not fit. I have been back to Ferguson 5 times to speak with someone and show them it does not fit and spoken with Delta 5 additional times. All I get is that I am stupid and don’t know what I am doing, even though they could not make it work. I finally got fed up with Ferguson not carrying and having the delta rep tell me to just not use the backplate, what an idiot, I left and headed to other bath suppliers near to see what I can determine. Well I can tell you that right down the street at Carolina Plumbing the two ladies there were fantastic. They said in 2 seconds that what I had was indeed not the Cassidy trim. They went in back and pulled another delta diverter and showed me how the trim should fit. The cover they pulled fit on the backplate I had like it should. They have even contacted another Delta rep to call me next week when he gets back from vacation. They showed true customer service even though they did not get any of the sales. I will never go back to Ferguson and will be happy to let everyone know of my experience. I know I am not a big builder or designer, maybe they should just tell people up front they have no interest in small individual sales. Read more🌈 So on this day, as we approach Thanksgiving, I am grateful for Eddie! In these crazy times, sometimes it is difficult to get a plumbing contractor to a home for my client. So I have to improvise to keep my client happy. Well Eddie a sales person for the contractor sales office in the back (not in the showroom) at Ferguson off Yonkers Rd helped me so much. 👍🏽 I had pictures and dimensions of what I wanted but no idea how to get it. Eddie was so patient, kind and professional. He really knows his way around the different manufacturers that all have a vast selection of the parts we needed to update the kitchen sink faucet, a new powder room pedestal sink, new powder room touchless brushed gold faucet and a new toilet lever to match the new pedestal sink faucet! All for a great price with delivery in two business days. My client is so happy to know that this will all be completed by Friday evening the week before Thanksgiving! And my client was just hoping for it to be completed by Wednesday of the following week. Now I can focus on my family's needs next week and finished my week with a bang! 🧨....

I purchased a built-in Sub-Zero Fridge/Freezer combo from Ferguson for roughly $10k. However, when they installed the fridge and freezer, they only connected the waterline to the ice maker and did not connect the fridge waterline. When I called them they told me that there was only one water line behind the appliance, so that is all they installed. I had to email them a photo from my builder proving to them that there were in fact two waterlines behind the appliance. They reluctantly agreed to come back out to my house to install the waterline.
It is now over three months later, and after numerous calls and emails, they still have not come out to install the waterline. They don't even bother responding to my calls or emails. When I do manage to get in touch with someone I am "yessed" to death, or I am handed off to someone else, or my case is transferred to installation or warranties. But nothing gets done.
