I would give this place zero stars if I had the choice. From the time we walked in it was nothing but ridiculous. Me and my husband came here with our two year old daughter to jump and play with her. (Usually we go to defy gravity) however sky zone was open a bit later on a Sunday so we decided to try it. When we were at the counter paying, they don't even have cheaper prices for toddler. So I'm paying $15 for my two year old to be able to play in only one spot. The lady at the desk told us we could go jump with her in the toddler area, and we could also jump with her into the foam pit. She explained to us that there were attendants in the toddler area that watch and play wthe th the children so if the adults want to jump in the bigger areas she would be just fine by herself and would be watched. That, is not the reason we came here however, we came to play WITH our daughter. But we figured it was no big deal since we could just jump in the toddler areas with her, and into the foam pit. As soon as we walked into the toddler area my husband started jumping with our daughter, (mind you there was no one else on there except us) and he instantly got yelled at by an attendant. The attendant told us we had to sit on the mats and weren't aloud to jump with her, then my husband brought her to the foam puts and tried to jump with her there, also got yelled at again. They said he could not jump with her in there. We went and talked to the lady at the desk who gave us admission and explained the rules. We explained to her what she told us in the beginning and the fact that no one was allowing us to play and jump with our child. Also, there was not a bunch of sky zone employees playing in the toddler area with the kids and watching them like she had said, there was one guy. He was sitting in the corner doing nothing looking like he didn't want to be there. The lady at the desk got an attitude with my husband and told him of course we can't jump with a two year old we would bounce her up, (uhmm isn't that the point of trampolines?) We were only there for a total of ten minutes and she was refusing at first to give us a refund. She kept arguing with my husband about what she had told us in the beginning saying we misunderstood everything. There was nothing to misunderstand, before we paid she said we can go jump with our child, after we paid she said no way can you jump with your child. It was that black and white. She eventually issued us a refund, and had a super bad attitude about it and we left. We will NEVER be coming back to a sky zone, defy gravity is a thousand times more clean, fun,...
Read moreI am literally writing this review with tears in my eyes. My precious little girl had a birthday party here and it was the worse one she's had EVER. Believe the 1 star reviews on here that say that the staff is rude. My child and her friend were yelled at...at her birthday party. They have this ridiculous policy where the party will start at a certain time but then the kids and parents need to wait for 30 minutes. I was worried about this and inquired about it and was told that I would have a party host throughout the party who would engage the kids. Never happened. It got so bad that I just paid extra for some of the kids to stop waiting and just start jumping. It was so disorganized that I wanted to scream. Some guy was training with our "party host" and he was pretty decent or at least tried to be. The kicker was when they tried to tell us that they "gave" us an extra 30 minutes to jump. LIES. They were suppose to enter our room at a certain time to do the pizza and cake and we waited and waited. The kids were getting antsy and bored and we just waited. That does NOT COUNT as EXTRA jump time!!! I spoke with the general manager prior to the party who said that they could work something out where the kids could jump after cake and pizza. So thats exactly what some kids did and were Told by the rude obnoxious employees that they couldn't. When I told them that I spoke to the general manager and she said she would work it in with the price all they said was "You can call her on Monday". I am livid. I wish this place never existed. Children get birthdays ONCE a year. I expected a "carefree" experience which is what they told me I would have. Do not come here!!! Do not!!
UPDATE: I am very happy with the level of customer service that I received once speaking to the manager. I believed that she rectified the situation as best as she could. Apparently we just had a party host who was not engaging at all however I am confident that they will address these concerns with the staff that handled my daughter's party. I know for a fact that if the general manager who I spoke with had been present that day our experience would have been a lot better. I trust that they will be extra mindful when it comes to their...
Read moreI had my son’s 4th birthday party here last Saturday. I booked it over a month in advance. I received an email to confirm the party details about a week after booking online. I responded and requested to add an additional pizza and a pitcher of water. I never received a response and called the week of the party to confirm. The person I spoke with sounded like a teenage girl, who then proceeded to act like she had called me to confirm. When she was going over the time details, I was unaware of the hour to jump and then the hour for the party room. She told me that all of that information was in the email and it was not. I still have the email as proof. I will say my expectations were low on the day of the party due to this conversation; however, the young girl helping us in the party room helped me set up all of the party decorations and served the pizza and drinks. I was dissatisfied that the party room was cleaned before our scheduled end time, and when I asked for a small cup of lemonade for my son (since they had cleaned it up), the young girl helping us told me that they had no pitchers available (which is not what I asked for) and then told me that I had to go buy a $3 bottle of lemonade from the concessions. After spending almost $400, the least that could be done is providing another cup of lemonade that was taken from our room. As for the park itself, the blocks in the foam pit were falling apart and pieces were stuck to my son’s clothing upon exiting. A toddler had peed his pants and was allowed to jump in the foam under the watch of “staff.” The teenage staff members that were watching the jumping areas were inattentive and allowing bigger kids to run around carelessly, one of which knocked my son over. I am hoping we are allowed to use the 30 day pass at a different location because I do not want to come back...
