Lincoln Village Community Park — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

Fairly big park, side walks are in good shape but playground equipment is in rough shape and grass is filled with mud spots, low spots where water floods it, and weeds growing in huge amounts killing the grass. Two vacant parking lots that are gated off are still here and look extremely trashy and make the park look more run down. Little work and it would look a lot nicer. Nice fields for soccer basketball court tennis court a fitness center Court softball baseball field. a wide open space to walk around your furry friend, little small spots for picnics BBQ places to sit and Hangout. Nice big park, I walk my dog here on a daily basis. There are newly built restrooms as well. There's no need to use a ladder or steps to walk down into the pool as it has a slope to walk down into the water! Just like a beach. Can't wait until the pool opens. Just wish people were more considerate and cleaned up...
