Rancho Mirage Cleaners — Attraction in Rancho Mirage

A 10+ Rating I read the great reviews for this business as I just moved here from NYC and I’m very particular about the care of my clothes. Joe and Debrah are the owners and are just wonderful—so friendly, helpful and very professional. From my first interaction, I was so impressed with their level of service and caring - almost as if my clothes were just as much their concern as mine. I’ve had several garments dry-cleaned there and even challenged them with a cashmere sweater that had gotten mixed up in our wash and shrunk. They took on the challenge of fixing it and were able to make a significant improvement on the shape, size and definition of the cable. Their prices are very reasonable and I just can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else —even though there are many dry cleaners...

Update (4/15/2024): After receiving a very detailed explanation about what happened with my order, I am revising my review to 5-stars. Customer service is very important to me and very impressive to receive such a courteous response.

This was a great find! Very good service as all of the reviews stated. I did have to wait a while upon arriving. And then they were short staffed so I had to wait two weeks for one dress. For some reason I did not get a text notifying me my dress was ready. I had to eventually call. But, they did a great job. I haven’t had anything dry cleaned in a while. I was shocked it was $16.50 for a dual-layer dress. But...

Updated: I was quoted next Wednesday and what you’re saying is false. I told you I needed two pieces cleaned for a funeral service next Monday morning and I asked to have them done by Saturday and you said that you couldn’t provide that. I can appreciate that you’re busy but now lying on your reply makes me fully question your integrity. Glad to know you have enough business and don’t need new customers. Was able to get this done by this Friday at another local dry cleaner. Best of luck to you.

Tried to get two items cleaned today and was quoted 8 days for them To be completed. This should be a 2-3 day turnaround at most. Really...
