What an awesome place to stop for a break with awesome views of the Crooked River and the canyon too. Stopped here on the way to La Pine and Bend for a few night exploring the options for a later date. The bridges are pretty amazing spanning the chasm........the drop is significant too. Parks and Rec had just completed new bathrooms so that was super.
There is a nice grassy area to walk your pet. There are some picnic tables for a picnic. Bathrooms totally renovated and super. Paved Walkways for easy access.

So due to the fact the canyon drops 200 feet dogs are allowed passed certain signs to to them jumping over the edge.
Bees swarm around here, it was really bad getting out of my car, my girlfriend mentioned it as well how bad the bees were that day.
