Beautiful place! Farm with goats pigs chickens and horses 🐴. My dog went crazy over the horses. I know of no public place where one can acclimate ones dog to horses and other animals. OH WAIT, Kelsey Creek Park has farm animals. There are trails only for horses and many trails for walkers too but no bikes 🚲 here. Also the picnic areas are nicer than anywhere I’ve seen. Most have built in sinks and open sinks by the restrooms ( family restrooms too). It’s kept up nicely also. Not great to let the dog run tho so on leash is strongly advised. Horses will kick the dogs as their only defense. Lots of signage to know where you’re leaving and entering into. Big smooth walkways and a stream to drink or cool off the dogs!
