Beach is well maintained. They keep the beach clean as well as the bathrooms. There's a park, volleyball net, rinsing off station, and there is park safety on duty during hour of operation. This is also a camp ground, but it is convenient because you don't have to walk or drive through it to get to the beach.

It's a beach. There's lots of sand, pebbles and water. There is a spout to rinse your feet when done and a building with bathroom. I believe there is a playground too.

Nice little beach with ample parking. Also nice to see many picnic tables and grills for use. Bathrooms were clean. I will definitely be returning to this beach 😁

If I could rate a zero I would this place needs to post signs to let people know parking is not allowed after 8:00pm needless to say they have a sign we found out after the fact over by the entrance to the campground but not where you can see it to enter the beach or the quarter of a mile long driveway leading back. So after $100 towing fee to drop our vehicle because we walked up at 8:30 and a $25 parking ticket later cops said nothing they can do it happens on the daily at the park all I can do is make a complaint to hope it gets changed mean time this place and the towing company are making out great while using our police force to in force it when they should be doing better things. If I would’ve looked at the time I probably would’ve argued it more with the cop which was not in a great mood himself who I fully respect but had to ask him to stop raising his voice when I’m only asking a question and would like him to understand where I was coming from. He respected that but still gave me a parking ticket so I can try to make a change for others and make sure they are well informed by more signs drivers would see going...

Only four stars because this beach is a hit or miss, I have gone on days and it was AMAZING but other days the water was dirty and the park rangers did nothing to fix the buoys when they were clearly only three feet from shore. I couldn’t even sit in the water it was so shallow, the rangers could definitely do more than just sit there. Needs more picnic tables, but other than those few things it’s very beautiful, relaxing and I love how much beach space there is. Plan your trip, get there early because it really fills...

Dog friendly park? Really? You freaking tell me where dogs are allowed to swim with there owners?????? Totally disgusted at the freaking treatment of pet owners. Everywhere we went got harrassed by park employees and park police. Since I live in columbiaville I will never go there anymore let alone bring or tell my friends to camp there. Btw. Park not maintained n clean. P.S my dog will swim near there. I'll just have him jump off my boat next to the swimming area . And hope he leaves a nice...
