Broad Rock Branch - Richmond Public Library — Attraction in Richmond

Library is really nice and comfortable, but two times I visited the library the people that work there were extremely noisy, I do biblical study and thought this Library was decent enough to study in but had to leave 20 minutes into studying, first the floor was vacuumed while I was studying which should have been done after closing, then the women that work there was extremely loud talking.
