Larry L. Schultz Park — Attraction in Rockledge

I thought this was a very nice park

It is above average in size for a community park.

It has a trail to walk or jog around. There is a playground for the kids. There are basic men's and women's restrooms available.

There is even a place to fish.

That one surprised me most small community parks do not have places to fish

Some recent reconstruction or redesign occurred over there and it is a very nice facility

Great little Farmer's Market on Sunday. I found a few gems here. Vegan Dessert Delights was a nice find. So yummy! Decent prices. I got a fresh sage smudge stick and a nice piece of black tourmaline at An Octopus' Rock Garden and to top it off I got a fennel plant with 4 caterpillars on it. There was a beautiful butterfly fluttering around the fennel. What a delight. You just never know what special surprises you might find when...

Sadly I have to give this park a mediocre star rating. I actually love this little park and used to walk there regularly. My car was broken into, one of my windows smashed, and a purse of mine was taken- in broad daylight! If they upped the safety factor I’d gladly start going back.
