20/10! If I could leave 10 stars I would! If you are looking for authentic Mexican this is your spot. I loveeee Mexican food and I can say with certainty that this is THE BEST MEXICAN SPOT IN BREVARD !! The food was perfectly seasoned and , fresh off the stove it tasted so fresh like they made everything in the back today lol but seriously it didn’t have that packaged franchise restaurant taste (if you’ know , YOU KNOW ) ! The birria was the best birria I’ve had in Brevard and that’s no exaggeration. The consume was seasoned and packed with meat. The steak was flavorful ,tender and juicy. I did not drink I got the virgin daiquiri and it was well presented and taste sooo good but the alcohol drink menu looked really good and well put together . The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and everyone was extremely friendly ! Our waiter served us immediately and was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu to offer recommendations to us. She was very attentive and did great with the table side guac! The food , the restaurant , the people …. AUTHENTIC ! If you’re looking for good vibes and food this is your spot!

You MUST give this new restaurant a try! We read the reviews before we went. They weren't joking! We had: 1. Tortilla Soup (so so fresh the chips were crisp and fresh along with the avacado and the broth was perfect.) 2. Pollo Loco (the chicken strips melted in your mouth, the rice was superb, the vegetables were fresh, and the cheese sauce was just the right amount not too much). 3. Chile Verde (now this is always my "go to" favorite when I go to a Mexican restaurant, all I can say...it's the BEST I ever had and can't wait to come back for more. The pork just melted in my mouth and the flavor...perfect). 4. Lava Cake for dessert (so so decadent. Warm, creamy, excellent flavor for the chocolate...not that cheap stuff. Glad I still had room in my tummy to enjoy it.) Angie, our waitress, was very sweet and pleasant. Gave her opinion (when we asked) on what is good and what her favorites were and she was on top of our drink refills. The servings were fair and generous and the prices were fair. Don't forget to ask about their military discount.

I’ll preface this review by saying we went in before the dinner rush, and we were the only customers at the time. The food had good flavor, was fresh, and delicious but did take awhile, so just keep that in mind. I’m guessing it may have sat a little bit because it wasn’t hot, it was a little bit above room temperature. The restaurant has been nicely redone though! The details are beautiful and inviting. Seating is comfortable and they seem to have enough servers/staff. Their staff does need to be more attentive, though. Pictured is the birria tacos, shrimp tacos, lava cake, and tableside guacamole.

RESTAURANT REVIEW At last, a restaurant that knows just the right amount of musical background and which serves very good meals. I’m talking about Casa Del Tequila, located at 3100 South Fiske Boulevard in Rockledge. It’s a new place, clean and well lighted, with an extensive menu and a helpful and attentive wait staff. That’s all to their credit, but the real attraction is that the ambient music was low and slow, which allowed me, a severely hearing impaired person, to actually hear and carry on a conversation with my party of six seated at a long table. How refreshing! Certainly a reason to return! The food? The pre-meal chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. As for the main course, it was difficult to choose from the multi-paged menu, replete with pictures, but I finally settled on beef enchiladas with a double-side of refried beans. The taste? The enchiladas are a staple of any Tex-Mex restaurant, and mine were tasty and filling. Although my regular Thursday dinner group has visited several Tex-Mex restaurants over the past five years, Casa Del Tequila is as good as any other we have tried. The prices? Prices were moderate and fair. My wife chose the beef Quesadilla Supreme. Together, with drinks, the bill was only $35.00. Not bad. Fine dining? No, but a great Thursday (or any day) spot for a satisfying meal. You might want to take that "first date" to a more “romantic” spot, but when the new has rubbed off and you’re looking for good food at a reasonable price…I’d recommend Casa Del Tequila! Nick...

First visit on a Wednesday afternoon, just after 5PM. Light crowd, low noise level. Since they’re a fairly new place, I went in expecting a hiccup here and there, to be excused with a “haha, they’re new, they’ll sort it out soon”.

Nah. Not that. Everything was great.

Look at my eyes, this isn’t a figure of speech or exaggeration. Everything. Was. Great.

From the first steps inside, you’ll be immediately struck by the lovely entrance, and dining area literally sparkling with vibrant colors and visual appeal.

Every person working the front seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to give the best experience for the customers.

Kitchen crew was absolutely nailing it. Appetizers were appetizing, drinks were drinky and large, and main course was so main that - OK, I know I am supposed to say, “…and I had the CAMARONES AL MOJO DE AJO (pictured)” and go on for a paragraph about its virtues.

But the thing is, this shrimp. This shrimp is better than most seafood restaurants could do if they could ask ChatGPT to give them step by step instructions.

And that’s one item.

Got table side guacamole. Pictured. Made with a smile and a descriptive narration. No pics of the finished guac because it disappeared immediately.

As delicious things tend to do.

Skinny Cocorita. Ordered. Drank. Not pictured. Delicious. Are you seeing the pattern?

I repeat my statement from the first paragraph. Everything was great. Go here and order many things. Receive excellent stuff from awesome staff.

They get ALL FIVE OF THE STARS! IN ALL...
