JungleTrek Rockwall Indoor Playground — Attraction in Rockwall

The staff needs improvement on how to handle kids are a bit nervous or scared. This was my granddaughter first time at a place like this and she was a bit frightened, we were the only ones there and not one employee tried to help her. One of the young girls just sat there in her phone. She didn’t explain anything about how things worked She said, watch the video and left, once the video ended we stood there not knowing if it was time to climb. Nice place, but honestly not all the staff is nice. They don't have much space for the little ones and if they go into the area where the other kids do the activity they get upset and aren't very polite when they say things. So I wouldn't have my daughter's birthday there. The idea is to have a great time not for the employees to have ugly faces.

I paid for an hour for my 7 year old daughter to see the place, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. I didn't like the way one of the girls treated me when my little daughter...

We love coming to jungletrek to let the kids run some energy off. Thanks for staying open considered there is a pandemic going on.. recommend you guys to everyone I see 👀 👍 ❤ we love yall and so happy to see some friendly faces. So recommend for weight class of min 45 lbs to 250lbs . I myself did it the zip line and it's a blast took me forever but definitely had fun.. we will always be back and recommend who ever comes to wear tennis shoes.
