We stopped in to buy some maple syrup and we were absolutely thrilled. There were so many maple items like candy, butter, cream and syrup. The woman working the retail section was very sweet (pun intended) and showed us the sugar house and explained the process of tapping the trees and creating syrup. She really made our day by going that extra mile even though we were just two random folks popping in on a Wednesday afternoon. Jillsonās Farm has become a cherished part of our holiday tradition. Almost every year, we order their maple sugar to ship to our home in Georgia and give as gifts for Christmas. The quality is always exceptional, and itās something our friends and family look forward to receiving.
On our most recent trip to Maine, we made a point to stop by in person and picked up both Amber and Dark Amber maple syrup. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the farm store had that perfect blend of rustic charm and local pride. You can tell everything is made with care and a deep connection to the land.
Whether you're visiting in person or ordering from afar, Jillsonās Farm is a true gem. Their maple products are some of the best weāve ever had, and weāll continue making them part of our family traditions for...

The fields were being tilled by Ed Jilson to start a new round of planting. And the visit gave us a positive family outing. Highly recommend stopping by...
