I am loving the changes and enthusiasm of the new ownership. The change of music station is welcomed. Changes of the store layout and additions to the products offered is great. On several occasions the staff has made a concerted effort to get in what I was needing. In one case they didn't carry the item, but said they would order some for me and some for the shelf, and called me when it was in. In another scenario during COVID social distancing, they were out of a ususally stocked item, and when I checked in again they were still out. So they pursued further and found some of another brand to order in, and reserved some for me, again calling me when it was in. There are going to be some transitional bumps in the road, but I really like the attention to satisfy the customer with friendly can do attitude. Stay away from this place. Owner is a very disrespectful person. Went in to buy something and did not find what I was looking for, so my brother and i left my car there for a few minutes to grab a coffee next door and he blocked my car in with a tractor so I could not get out. When i got back i politely asked them to move the tractor and they rudely said they would not. There were no No Parking signs and I fear away from the main entrance. I was in a rental car and they said they were teaching me a lesson by blocking me in a holding my car ransom until they felt they had taught the out of towner a lesson. I called and asked if they had a Milwaukee chainsaw bar. They said no but they had an Oregon that would work. When I got there after driving 10 miles ( Home Depot was closer but wanted to give my money to local business) they tried to sell me the Oregon witch is .50 instead of the .43 of the Milwaukee.
