G&R Towing and Transport — Attraction in Sacramento

I had an unexpected car failure on a Sunday night when my corvette blew a head gasket. I was waiting around for two different tow companies who took over an hour to respond so I called G&R to the rescue. They showed up and looked at the car and told me it’s too low to the ground and with all the carbon fiber around the bottom he didn’t want to damage it. (Which I totally appreciated) but I needed to have it towed so I suggested running up to my storage and grab a couple ramps to help with the transition? He said cool I’ll wait, (which most drivers would of left) I got back and he worked his magic by carefully loading my car onto his flat bed, he was so careful in doing so that my faith and confidence with this company was at the highest level. And the same care was given when unloaded. Hands down these guys are the best tow company I’ve ever experienced! Totally recommend, you’d be a fool to go...

Awesome tow company. My motorcycle broke down (and I just got it out of the shop, but that's a story for another day) these guys came to my rescue. Arrived in a timely manner. Was told 35-45 mins for the truck to arrive and they were there in 40 mins. The gentleman who arrived was very nice and personable. Took extreme caution when loading my bike to be sure nothing was damaged. I had to ride with him in the truck to my destination, and it was like talking to an old friend. I hope my bike doesn't break down again, but if so I know...

Worst experience ever! Car was towed off the freeway less than 2 miles and I was charged almost $500. This was an old rear wheel drive car that didn't need a flat bed. I had this same thing happen to me about a year ago and the tow company only charged me $150. This company didn't even tell me what it would cost up front, but seriously? A mile and a half and $500? When i diputed the charge the dispatcher claimed they had a minimum charge of $380 and he was going to impound the car if I didn't pay. Avoid the company...
