Saturday may 4 2024 @ around 5:30pm. My sis and i came to this spot for some donuts. We have been here before but usually earlier in the A.M. now the donuts were good, however the service was horrible. The lady who worked there was very short and brief in a rude way when we asked about certain donuts. She never acknowledged us and gave us an attitude the whole time. I even asked to warm one up and she ignored it and slightly tossed our donuts on the counter to ring us up. I had to ask her again that id like my cream cheese croissant warmed. She was NOT helpful at all when i wanted a certain item that was not in the correct place she just said they didn't have it- and didn't even tell me what the item was that i pointed at - and again she was just rude to my sister and i which is why I'm being nice by giving the 3 stars.. when a gentleman came in right after us she was super friendly to him and than became cold again when my sister and i were paying for our item.. she picked and choosed who she wanted to be kind to.. horrible service.. when ive been here before earlier hours the other people are typically nicer however this was a bad experience. definitely needs to work on her customer service skills and not discriminate against people. She also did not offer to give us our receipt and chose the options to not print it herself and she heard that i said i wanted the receipt when i was telling my sister about thr rudeness she had. I went here today at 4pm and it was 4 people ahead of me so I waited outside out of 4 people only 1 person had on a mask and lady that work there did care cause she still help them took their money that was more important to her so when it was cleared I went and told her she was wrong thats nasty you let 3 people in there with no mask and on your door it says no mask no service that's not true your mot obeying the rules and I will never go here again this donut star need to be fine make sure everyone that come there are wearing a mask straight ridiculous I drove by there today feb 7,2021 they had customers in there with no masks On straight nasty never Go there again they need to be fine stop serving customers that's not...

Our family has been going to this rare gem of a donut shop, for the past 10 years. This a family owned business that uses HIGH quality ingredients. I am a “donut snob” and will drive the distance (we moved considerably further away from this AMAZING donut shop.) Snapshot of if of their items include gigantic apple fritters that can satisfy TWO people, eye-popping cinnamon rolls, along with ham & cheese filled croissants, and fresh brewed coffee.
