They told me I'd have my Samsungs dead charging fixed so it could charge and actually power up and normally work, so Dan upon hearing said they could overnight the part after diagnostic, and get it from Samsung, and have it done that day or day after depending on the time they receive overnight. Two weeks pass. 8 calls in between with the simple new excuse, change one detail, and it was rinse and repeat...to me an obvious move that they didn't do what they said and had no choice but to delay tactic while figuring out how to actually decide when they would even bother..in other words I knew how to do the job but they didn't and I had directly spoken with the business Samsung partner account coordinator for my business to verify said part is avaliable and could i have it now to which I had verified directly Samsung had disputed the excuses given one by one and it was a known for me when I am in the business. My 70 year old father might think destroying the phone in the end and paying for and bringing it there was the way he could best make up for the issues but that lack of simple simple simple accuracy verification of legitimate business not done always leads me to these results. If you can't use your phone over two weeks alone when your job requires it, and not ever was i called about it's status there's no wonder why you need to remember, this isn't a company, it's someone named Dan who tried to and failed ib the past and is failing now making my life and has caused more damage not just physically to the phone but quantify my job and the one cellular phone you do not have for 14 days and throw any life circumstance. It doesn't matter dad. i never wanted to pay for it because i know my own and when i know more it's not the place. the money doesn't matter. I can't quantify how the toll this took on my mental physical health family, ability to provide and have a job and device where if i have a medical emergency could use..it's endless..but it is torture and remains. Read moreHad a wonderful experience in the beginning, he was able to fix issues with my iphone and my laptop. Then I had him transfer all my photos and memory to my external hard drive so i can free up space on my iMac. Boy was that a mistake. Not only did it takes months for him to have it finished, but throughout the waiting period he would always extend another week after he told me it was time for me to pick it up.
Thats not the best part... when I finally received my imac he told me that all the photos and memory was transferred to my hard drive. all in all ok cool, i mean after waiting months for this simple one week process to finish I didn't even question it. When i opened up my hard drive to see what was on it. I wanted to check on the pics I had that i wanted to keep on the imac, Upon searching the jungle of folders on the hard drive, I saw photos and videos of complete strangers ive never seen before. I dont know what happened but all my photos and videos were scattered all throughout the folders, its been almost a year and i still avoid going through my hard drive because i know i will come across a strangers video or photo, i even encountered adult videos that were stored that ive never seen before.
Granted I take full responsibility for not going back to the store and asking WTF, I just didnt want to deal with Dan again and figured it was an experience that ended a business...

After Apple’s “Genius Bar” proved its title is a misnomer (aside from being pretentious) by telling me that my iPhone was not fixable and I required a new phone, I went to Mac & PC House. I have been going back since.
I had a serious problem with an iPhone that nobody was able to fix. Apple stores. Kiosks in malls. But, I was determined to get the problem solved because I knew it was salvageable and the information on the phone was critical to retrieve. While I had much doubt it could get fixed, these guys did it! Shocked me.
I came to see over the next couple years that every time I had a problem with my Apple products (and, a PC laptop) that seemed a lost cause, I knew I had a place to go and that despite natural pessimism, the job will get done.
