Global Self Storage — Attraction in Sadsbury Township

Nothing but great things to say about Global Self Storage in Sadsburyville! Everything from their rental units to their staff were more than I could ask for. When I was in need of storage unit last minute and unsure of what my options were, they took the time to show me different sizes and explain all the options available in order to determine what best suited my needs. Their facility is spotless and very secure with an electronic gate that offers 24-hour access. This was the first time I had to use a storage unit for my belongings and I was extremely nervous but after they showed me their facility and told me all the precautionary measures they take to ensure the safety of their clients all the worries I had went right out the window! Their staff is great and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and happy to answer any questions, you can tell without a doubt they genuinely care about their client’s and their belongings. When I had unexpected circumstances arise after a family emergency Jonathan made the extra effort to ensure I was kept informed about my storage unit and did everything possible to communicate with me. Wow where do I start???? There are so many positive things to say about facility and the employees there. First of all from the first day Jon was the one who conveniently set up my account and gave me an outside storage in the most perfect spot. Easy to pull back truck right up to my storage door. Jon and the other gentleman that works with him have great customer service skills, the facility is very nice, clean and I give it all a perfect 10. I most definitely will stay there as long as I need and feel secure with my things stored there. I would refer Global Storage to anyone that may be looking for an awesome safe clean place to store there belongings. I have been using global storage long enoigh to beable to leave feed back... The place it clean and well kept...i feel like my things are safe and secure there! However outside of the importance of your personal belongs of what your storing ..customer service is very inportant to me..! The two gentlemen i have delt with go beyond helping you! Life gets busy and sometimes we forget to pay a bill or even think that you paid it... They have never seized to reach out with a friendly reminder!! They are great here and again they do their best to help you with your needs ... Thank you for ur outstanding customer service Global storage!! My life has been rough and you guys have been great helping me with certain things as well as reminders ...im glad i choose this place to keep my things!!
