Iβd be rating zero stars if I could. My family and I made the half hour drive to go tubing and have some fun. When we got there, we were NOT told that the slopes were slow and that we could check them out first, as they donβt give refunds. Instead, they took our $100 and waved us through. We barely made it halfway down 1 hill and had to walk the rest of the way. It seriously took longer to get down the hill then it took to get to the top. We were there for 20 mins. When we inquired about getting our money back, we were treated horribly by the 3 women behind the ticket counter. They refused to listen to what we had to say, and insisted that they had told everyone about the slopes, even though WE WERE NOT TOLD. Believe me, had we been, we wouldnβt have spent the money. The manger was not able to do anymore then repeat over and over again βwe donβt give refundsβ, and finally told us to go to Guest Relations on the other side. My husband and I are both in customer service, and how the three cashiers spoke to us was NOT even in the realm of good customer service. To say we are disappointed with the whole experience is an understatement. It seems their only interest was in taking our money, and customer satisfaction was not a priority. The manager at guest services was very helpful, and offered to have the general manger call us. We are currently waiting on that phone call, and how that phone call goes will determine if we go...
Β Β Β Read moreThe slopes for tubing were fun, once we were able to go. We waited in line for an hour.....You read that right, 1 friggin hour. There were two lanes for waiting. We chose the wrong side. The line next to us went thru twice before we reached the front. When we got to the front, one attendant was working 1 slope. I asked the attendant why she wasn't splitting the two lanes with the 4 slopes, and she shrugged her shoulder. We went down the slopes 3 times in our 2 hour time slot. This is the worst experience for the money I have ever experienced. We spent $35 per person for 2 hour time slot to go down the slopes 3 times. $175 to go down a hill, on a tube, 3 times is asinine. I haven't been successful on reaching anyone to speak about our experience. This place completely overbooked their 7 to 9pm time slots and we were extremely disappointed!! For the money we spent and the experience, I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone, in fact I will tell everyone to take the extra drive down to Mansfield. I would hope someone reaches out to me about this experience, and if so I will update this with the outcome. For now, go somewhere else. My kids were all very disappointed and my youngest was so excited to go and that turned...
