Recreational Watersports Jet Ski and Boat Rentals — Attraction in Saint Cloud

JAY is amazing!!!!!!!! I booked one trip for my daughter and myself and he was nothing but helpful, polite and fun, we actually were visiting Florida and got the directions wrong so we were 40 mins late to our 1 hour scheduled appointment. they were extremely nice and still gave us our whole hour Jay went out with us,just for a standby in case we needed help or if we had any questions or problems he was there immediately, we had a huge lake to go on, Jay was definitely not one of those annoying people following your every move he kept a distance but the security we felt with him close by was extremely comforting, but he also stayed close by in case we had a question or concern, he was extremely nice, I brought my son back the next day because I was beyond satisfied with their service and the way they treated us, I cannot wait to go back to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area, THEY ARE AWESOME, I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND JAY IS NICEST PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET AND HELPS WITH EVERYTHING. thank you Jay and the whole company for making our 2 trips such a memorable experience we will never forget, as soon as we get back to Florida we will be booking more reservations with you and you only!!! IF YOUR READING THIS.. BOOK IT!!!! ….Hands down, the BEST experience!! We decided last minute to look for jet skis that would accommodate our family, and an eager 14 yr who wanted to drive. We were told he could with boaters id! He unfortunately didn’t want to wake up so he missed out .. teenagers. Once we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by Samantha (may be wrong but pretty sure that’s her name lol) When I say accommodating .. they are beyond accommodating! Im def on the larger size, and worried about it all, but they had a vest I felt comfortable and safe in, and the jet ski was beautiful and large enough for me and my 10 yr old. We rented 2 jet skis and my sis-in law and 7 yr old niece were also beyond comfortable. Everything was explained and then we’re introduced to JAY!!! VIP for sure!! Jay made the whole experience PERFECT!! Jay was reassuring and patient with us! I know he’s a worker, but he made us all feel like we were all friends! Jay was there at all times which def made us feel safer knowing if anything happened, we were gonna be ok. He rides around and seeing him cruising def reassured us that going high speed wasn’t so bad and scary haha.. thank you sooooo much...

We do jet skis every family vacation. I have 3 boys aged 6,8,and 11. The company was very accommodating with the amount of people riding. Obviously having to switch out part way. Twice to be exact and they had no problem with it. Jet skis were top notch! Not run down like other company's have I have went thru. I will definitely go thru them next time I'm in FL. Extremely friendly and caring. Samantha was very communative and ready to get everything moving fast. Took about 5 minutes from pulling up to docks to getting on jet skis. Samantha rode out into the water just to be a guardian angel incase anthing happened. But kept her distance not to crowd us. My oldest fell off while doing figure 8s, and she was there within seconds. Kids loved it. And I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for the experience. And I will get Videos to you shortly. Just got home so I will be doing some video editing either today or tomorrow. Got some very good shots you will love....
