Bitter sweet visit tonight. We’ve enjoyed HoJ in the past though it’s been 1 year+ since last visit. We came for a birthday party and the kids enjoyed their time. It was great to see some upgrades, but wish some of the main attractions didn’t have ripped mats. It was quite warm inside but when it’s 115° outside, there is not much they can do and they were trying, all fans were on. My feedback about our visit tonight is not about the heat but about the maintenance and a couple staff members and their lack of effort in caring for the place. There was garbage strewn about, walls needed painting, bathrooms needed attention, and ripped mats need replacing. There were kids misusing some of the equipment but a couple employees were playing around rather than keeping kids in line. I eventually spent 10 min or so picking up some of the garbage. One employee spent a fair amount of time playing dodgeball. I spoke with another employee and he took the info about the mess and was cleaning a couple other things. But then for 15-20 min he and that other employee (dodgeball one) played around on the basketball hoop (just them, not with other attendees) and disregarded the work that still need be done. I provided feedback to the shift lead Ceianna. She was very receptive and listened to all I had to say and thanked me for the information. She was lovely. She gets five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She quickly took action and spoke with the employees. I hope the owner makes some corrections and does everything possible to keep Ceianna.

After the above review, the owner reached out and wrote me a very thorough response. I appreciate his attention to his business and willingness to spend that time and effort. I leave reviews like this not to scold or bring businesses down but to inform other potential patrons and give the owner my honest experience. They can do what they will with that info. The owner informed me of some challenges they’ve faced recently from rude and inconsiderate patrons that have vandalized HoJ and done so significantly more as of late. I lament with him and the frustration no doubt he feels. I also sympathize with the challenges of hiring folks that you want care as much about your business as you do. He spoke of his awareness of the issues with maintenance of some of the attractions and the action he’s already taken but waiting on production and delivery which are out of his control. I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars because of his time and effort in speaking with me. It shows his care and effort he is making as an owner. I do hope and plan to visit again knowing I’m patronizing a business that is making steps to...

My kids really enjoy this place, but unfortunately we won't be returning. It seemed fairly over priced to me, although I could almost understand that as I imagine it costs a small fortune to insure a trampoline park. On our visit today I paid the costly admission for my my older kids and friends to jump for an hour. And then in an effort to be a super fun mom I also paid for my two year old to jump, after being reassured by the staff that there was space that was appropriate and safe for him to jump. When we got to the small child area I was pleased to see that it was quite large and completely empty. Trampolines can be very dangerous for a toddler as they are just getting the hang of things like walking, but I was not worried as my little one was holding my hand as he jumped. After about seven tentative jumps my toddler started having a great time, and I was just starting to think this place might be worth the $36 dollars per hour I had just paid, when I was informed by the bouncer that I was not allowed to be in the small child jump area without a wristband (something that would have been nice to know when I was purchasing admission). Now I understood why the small child area was empty. I pointed out that without me my two year old, a child who is too immature to eat whole grapes without supervision, would be responsible for his own safety in the large trampoline area, to which the attendant told me I could purchase a wristband of my own for an additional $10. I asked nicely and promised not to jump or have fun of any kind, but I was told clearly that I was not allowed to be in the trampoline area without paying first. Being asked to pay money to ensure my toddler's safety felt a little like extortion to me (because, well, it is), so I had to refuse on principle. Which meant I spent the next 40 minutes holding my disappointed two year old's hand while he tried to coerce me to go on the trampoline with him, it was a ridiculous situation that could have easily been solved with a little...

Maybe it was just an off day when we were there but here was my experience. Right off the bat my kids wanted to go into the room where the basketball hoops were. There was a family in there who had basically taken over that space while conducting a personal gymnastics class for their kids so no kids could shoot hoops or jump around.

There was a group of older kids that were sitting in a circle on a trampoline in the middle of a room going through Pokémon cards, not jumping causing other kids to basically stay out of the area.

The staff were kids themselves and spent most of their time just huddled together talking amongst themselves and did not address these issues.

They were out of a lot of food. No biggie but the food we did get was burnt (see photo) and took almost 30 minutes to get. Again, food area being ran by kids who were clearly easily distracted and possibly forgot our food was cooking.

The table was filthy and at no point while we were there did I see anyone wipe down the tables to clean them. Ours was sticky and had dried ketchup all over it. I don't fault the young workers at all, they need better direction.

Overall my kids themselves had fun but the management here really needs to step it up.

UPDATE: Management reached out to me almost immediately after my review was posted so they clearly are paying attention and care. I don't like writing negative reviews but sometimes that's what it takes. I originally gave three stars but added a star due to the customer service post review. It's a great step forward....
