If I could rate zero in here I would . I went there for Martin Rice and they had 8 bags which is 50lb a bag. I bought all of them. I asked them for help to lift it and put it my car. The man who is the staff there .. yelled at me back and said No , he cannot help me lifted those bags. I told him, it is very heavy for me to lift 50lb a bag for 8 of them and put it in my car. But he said, he don’t know because only two man that responsible to help the customers so he busy and another man is also busy and he keep saying No to me and yelled to me. So customer went there to buy a full price but ended up got yelled from the staff ??? I am a women who drove a car there for 2 h and buy a full price of products but just asked for a help but a man there yelled at me. So disrespectful. I went there alone but it doesn’t mean u should disrespect me as a woman. Then one of the lady there step up and said … you can wait but they are very busy… Then I replied, I could wait it’s okay for me but don’t said No because I cannot lifted all those bags and put it in my car. She’s then tell me that , next time I come is no help lifted, it is self serve now… so no matter how many rice I bought from them it is self served. Guess what , she told me that but they help other man lifted products ( rice and other stuffs and put in there car ..? Was it I bought it less than them or what??? Then I called back and talked to the office staff there and told them what had happened to me , however the lady that one of the staff there and the man there said because I was in a hurry… whattt!????? I didn’t even said that but they told the office people that I was in a hurry. I swear to god, I didn’t even said a word beside asked for help to lift those 50lb rice (8bags ) to put in the car. Dear star ocean managers, some of your staff is so rude and disrespectful. Not offer the help but yelled back to the customer. Change the story . Such a liar. Such a very bad experience. Would not return. Drove by this place one day and wanted to check it out. Finally did and I regret it. While walking around looking at stuff I noticed there were no prices on anything. I tried to find staff to ask someone why that is but there was no one around. Finally asked another customer and he told me that they don’t price anything. That you need to bring it up to the cashier to get the price. That’s such a waste of time! He told me they do that because they’re always getting new stock so it wouldn’t make sense to have prices. There were also many boxes ripped open and dug through. When bringing stuff up to the cashier I found that it was way more expensive than buying it from say like Costco or Sam’s Club. I ended up leaving it at the cashier which I felt bad about but since they didn’t have prices how did I know if I was getting a deal. I only found one item that I ended up purchasing. It was my first time there and it will be my last. When you go in you walk through some office space to get to the store area once there are no prices on any of the items. when I asked employee there he told me ask the cashier. If you don't know exactly what you want you could be there all day taking the item up to the cashier wait in line just so they can tell you the price oh don't make the mistake I did looking at the cashier screen apparently that's a big No-No the cashier reprimanded me for doing that.
