Salem University — Attraction in Salem

When i started my degree i chose Liberty University, at first. But, I didn’t feel it was the right place for me. So i decided to transfer and i researched for a perfect fit for me. Salem was one of my favorite choices because it had the master degree program i wanted and all online!! Well, i applied and got a call from Nashelle, and she made me feel so welcomed!!!! She is the most sweet and helpful person. She walked me through everything i needed to transfer, she was very knowledgeable and kind. Then, i got in contact with Brenda from financial aid, and i am gonna tell you, this lady explained very detailed all the steps and everything i was signing and what all the numbers regarding my finances meant. She went beyond and explained even how and why Liberty was requesting or saying this or that, because everything was so confusing to me. She put me at ease, she was patient. These two ladies went above and beyond and I appreciate them so much. The classes are in a different format, 1 class every 4 weeks, which is amazing, sometimes overwhelming with all the reading but i like it because i can focus on one thing. Courses completed can be sent to my home address, this was helpful to continue my higher education, fight a custody battle, and care for an ailing mother going through cancer treatments. Thank goodness I had these classes to keep my mind occupied and collect the proper research while all this was going on from 2019-2024, the flexibility made it easier for a flexible time Management Schedule. Yes, it may have been fast paced courses but with it being an International Program many of us students and future colleagues are now more aware of our ties within our future globally than we ever have before.

The three Professors I had alone were the most helpful with learn new techniques with next to almost nothing and then losing my parent.

If your online in your own home it's fine but if it's on campus I'd think about it the dorms are small and if your not a fan of the cold I'd bring a bunch of blankets because depending on the room you get your heater might not work there is also no AC the Wi-Fi is very picky about who it let's connect to it and currently the Wi-Fi has been down for almost a month and a half and I've had to rely on my hotspot which costs money and if I didn't live close by a lot of my assignments would be late because I'm unable to get any Wi-Fi connection this is a on and off problem that happens quite frequently this review is mainly about living quality the education is fine depending on what...
