Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Salem

This place sucks bad. The food sucks the prices are out of control. But what makes these store the worst is they give you nothing for ur money. Not sure of the size so I'll make them up to illustrate. If u get a cookie and cream ice cream you get 2 scoops of cookies. This place only give you 1. On top of that you get less ice cream. And this only happens here at the Salem WV store. All the Queens around give you more. I received a cotton candy blizzard from them and it had just a touch of color just above plain vanilla. There cakes are the same way to. Ordered a cotton candy cake and they put FUDGE in between the layers. Really fudge. 99% of the time I'll travel further to get my DQ but I have kids and sometimes I have to eat the bullet when I'm out and give this rotten store money. I just ordered a cotton candy blizzard that was literally vanilla ice cream and a few of the cotton candy crunchies. It was white in color. I order the cotton candy blizzards all the time and they are always a light pink in color because of the flavored syrup that is added. It had no flavor so I took it back in and asked the girl at the register. She said she had made it and it did have flavoring in it. I pointed out that it was white and she continued to say that they are only allowed to add a certain amount or they get in trouble. I asked for syrup to add and she was disgusted to tell me that because I had already left the store they couldn’t do that and they had to remake it.
