Island Park — Attraction in Salmon

The Veteran’s Memorial Park is no dogs, but the Island side is dog friendly, and even has an off leash (non-fenced) area, which also has exercise stations on the walking loop. The loop has access to water the entire time too. There is also a nice covered picnic table area. The bathrooms were decent, but could use more attention. Been coming to island Park for years since my parents moved to Salmon. This visit we were told they made a place where kids can play in the river. Lots of kids were playing on boogie boards.
