On the day of Thanksgiving 2020 (11•26•2020), family and friends gathered to bring home-cooked meals together in order to “Feed the IE,” as promised by XtraKredit company founder Jarrett Ellis. All it took was a few tables, a little over 20 human beings, and the Positive Vibes and LOVE from the place called La Plaza Park. Of course, everyone involved was staying safe with masks up and hands gloved. From the @xtrakredit IG account, it was announced that over 500+ meals were handed out, which is 500+ more meals that would’ve been handed out if no one showed up inspired by the real great man in charge of the operations. I plan to circle the fourth Thursday of November every year to not only celebrate the life of both my mother and my grandfather but to make my journey to La Plaza Park to help out with the “Feed the IE”...
