To Long of a wait so the old lady told us to order to go instead and we took it . $36 bucks for 1.5 lbs . The meat lacks flavor it needs a little kick of spice to bring out the genuine aunthentic birria de chivo taste . The garnishments made it enjoyable .. the salsa taste like straight guajuillo . I'm from Guadalajara and it doesn't compare . The staff is polite and friendly but made one feel rushed . I noticed an employee was picking on some food with his bare hands as we were paying ( I'm sure that's not sanitary) overall it was an eh experience . Would I come back here? Umm I don't think so . Btw the music that was playing was cool . . The lady doing the total was old school and bold and so was the cashier , and now thats really what I like about a family owned business ! Kudos to your hustle . It was our first time , maybe next time we will get there early enough to get a table and experience the trip in house and hope for a better experience and taste . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE, THE LIMON, CILANTRO, CEBOLLA IS RECYCLED FROM PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS, ALSO LEFT OVER BIRRIA IS THROWN BACK INTO THE ORIGINAL POT FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO BE SERVED. THE FAT BEARDED GUY WITH GLASSES THAT SERVES THE BIRRIA IS CONSTANTLY TOUCHING HIS MOUTH AND EATING FROM THE POT, HE ALSO HANDLES MONEY AND DOESNT WASH HIS HANDS, THE OLDER MAN THAT CHARGES IN THE FRONT THAT THINKS HE IS MR. T WITH ALL HIS GOLD ALSO TOUCHES THE HOT FOOD AFTER HANDLING CASH AND DOES NOT WASH HIS HANDS. I WONDER IF THEY HAVE EVEN TAKEN ANY HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY COURSES. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DUE TO UNHEALTHY VIOLATIONS. Terrible Service. As many Staff members as they have they are very slow. If you make a phone order and they give you a specific time it will be ready, you "EXPECT" that!

I place a order they told it would be ready in 30mins, so it gave me enough time travel to the place, I get there and pay then they tell to.give them 10 mins to have it ready. 15 mins pass and I check on my order the lady says to me that there is 5 orders ahead of me that need to be fill.

I explain to her then when I placed the order they had told me 30 mins and that it has been longer than that. She stated that they don't put the order thru until you come in person to pay.

Been coming here for many years, after this experience never again. Very Disappointing how PASSIVE they acted....
