Read moreThis is a more "natural" park and thus has lots of Poison Oak along the pathways. The lower play structure is great for 4+ and is totally fenced. The upper playground is better for maybe 6+, but is also totally fenced. There are bathrooms at both. The trails are ok--somewhat short, dusty, and full of Poison Oak--but if you are looking for something a bit more native, then they are for you. Dogs are currently allowed on-leash at the park. Due to unposted rules restricting a single group, regardless of size, to 2 tables and a fire pit, and any activity more than picnicking requiring a permit, the park unfortunately did not meet our needs. This would not have been an issue if we had been treated with respect or courtesy when told. While the ranger was friendly in reciting these unposted rules, when we spoke with the supervisor P.
