I really loved going to this salon. I was a regular customer going faithfully every other week. I’m starting to notice inconsistency in the prices for my nails. I keep my nails short and I usually pay $35 for my fills. This past time I was charged more and I did not get anything extra. I notice that they do not have a price list posted for their services. I truly believe that they make up prices as they go. One visit your nails are $35 another time they charge you $40+. It’s honestly sad that they do this to loyal customers. For the most part, they do a really great job on my nails and feet. I just got a bad vibe when the guy behind the register charged me more for my basic nails. I usually always tip, but this particular time I did not tip. They’re either adding in their own tip, or being dishonest and overcharging customers. It would be nice if they had a price list posted for customers to see what they charge. Unfortunately, I have decided not to go back. I am now on the hunt for an HONEST salon to do my nails.

Mid-day walk-in appointment with older gentleman. I went to this salon because they’re 5 stars so I figured they must be good. I am grateful they got me seated immediately (they weren’t busy) but I’m disappointed with the quality. Came in with a set of nails I wanted removed and asked for a new set. The visit took a little over an hour. For the most part he was gentle but towards the end he got a little heavy handed with the e-file. From afar and straight down; they look great but close up and side view, I can see the mistakes. My cuticles are flooded, there’s no apex structure and a few of the nails are a little crooked. I’m not mad but I am disappointed. Without the apex, these nails are bound to break. I can fix the crooked nails with a hand file at home. I’ve been looking for a salon where I can get my nails done regularly and I know this is not that salon. It was $47 to get the old free form gel set removed, new natural tips with pink/white ombrĆ© acrylic and a clear gel top coat applied.

I use to be a regular but I got tired of the straight attitude by one of the Ladies there. Unfortunately and for whatever reason every time I go they have her help me. I assume cause I don't have an appt so walk ins beware. But I actually stopped coming for 2 months, so today I thought let's give them another chance and sure enough I'm pared with the grouch. She sees obviously mold on my nail and as always hurts me yells then points at my nail. I see the mold and any smart technician would see this an advise a acrylic removal with acetone she wanted to drill it off I asked her not too and got upset. I wanted to pay to have them removed in a manner it wouldn't hurt me and she got mad upset an attitude. Then said I remember you and put her hand up at my face. Worse service ever, the nails aren't even good I went just for the sticker variety. But honestly don't go here not worth your time or money. You will leave with INFECTION.

The manager himself gets 5 stars. He's so kind and attentive. The older lady that did my pedi was amazingly sweet and precious. The lady who did my fill in sat in the 2nd row back from the door, in the outermost chair on that aisle...she was Totally and utterly rude, impatient, and rushed my every move. She grabbed and snatched my hands every time instead of giving me just a nano second to move. After 30 mins of that I had to tell her to stop because it was really upsetting to be treated so nasty. I have a sprained thumb and she yanked my hand in the wrong direction while drilling my nail which caused an unintentional twitch caused by the discomfort and she told me to stop moving or she will cut me. Totally rude and uncalled for...Out of the kindness of my heart, I still tipped her just to show her that you don't treat people nasty just because you don't value them or their patronage. It was clear she didn't care for me the moment I sat down and I was a first time customer who also happens to tip well... I could see that she was shocked that she received a tip, which is even more sad bc she recognized that her service didn't warrant one. I'll go back but I will NEVER go to her again. Then to top it all off my gel polish chipped after 1 day!!!! I forgot to ask her name but she's...
