Pretyy fiye plaece, i had a great tme going by myself and with somee of my frien. But wha makes this not a 5 star place is because theres a really annoying person talking in the mic trying to get the attention from ppl on birthdays saying really annoyingly like some stupid nerd "Las personas del cumpleaños de GERALDO pasen por su area de cumpleaños su pizza esta servida" And its liek seriously annoying i dont really have any suggestions just like fix it you know what im talking about@!. and also one i was trynna do balcckflli and then i hit my head really badly not on the trampoolin bbut on the lil foam part thingyt liike bruv that hurt bad and then some staff really started looking at me like something and dint say anythig . honestly itt was 4 satsr for me but now it s gomnma turn imto a 1 start becaus this stuff bybye never returning again fix ur trashy system too plz like frr fr its not funy and also PUT SOME AC PLS WHEN I WENT THERE I WAS ACCTUALLY DYING RUV IT WAS LIKE I WAS SON A HEATER ONR SOME THIJMG LICEK ACTUALLY FIX IT PLZA I WOULD LOVVE THAT TYS,M. It is an excellent place for your kids to channel all their energy into doing exercises while having fun. A big place where your kids can jump to their exhaustion. We went a weekend ago for a birthday party. The place was pretty crowded, as expected during weekends. The employee attending the party was very attentive and kind. Prices are fair overall, the food quality is ok, and sufficient parking space. On the negative side, the parking could be a lot better. There are potholes everywhere, no lines to delimit parking lots and the shopping center where this place is located looks abandoned. Also, the day we decided to visit, there was no water in the bathrooms or hand sanitizers. A place where everyone is exercising indoors on a crowded day and without being able to clean or disinfect their hands it looks like a perfect scenario for a virus or bacterial infection. Management should be more concerned about this issue and provide more hand sanitizers to minimize widespread infection.

Altitude Trampoline Park in Bayamón is a fantastic spot for kids and families! There aren’t a ton of great air-conditioned activity centers for kids in the San Juan area, so this place is a huge win—especially on hot or rainy days.

The trampoline area is massive, with tons of obstacles, foam pits, and fun zones to jump, climb, and play. There’s also a huge play structure with slides and climbing areas, which keeps kids entertained for hours. If they need a break, there are video games, and the pizza is surprisingly good for an indoor park like this.

But the biggest hit for my girls? The custom cotton candy machine, where they could pick their own colors and flavors—such a fun touch!

Overall, it’s clean, well-run, and full of things to do. Whether you're looking for a fun day out or a place to burn off energy, this is one of the best indoor activity spots...
