Old Ranch Park — Attraction in San Ramon

NOTE! This is a review of the Old Ranch Park disc golf course, not the rest of the park.

This is a rather boring course. The baskets are good, but it hust runs back and forth up the side of the hill across Old Ranch from the rest of the park. It is unfair when the grass is un-mowed because you spend lots of time looking for your disc in the 3 foot grass and when it is mowed because a really good shot will get on edge and roll all the way down the hill. A few subs and one tree break the dull behavior, but it's just not a course I find fun or...

Cool park, good for families with little kids + it's well large and well spread out. It's easy to walk, run or pedal laps around a path that goes around the whole park. Has a few different fields for sports, a playground, jungle gym, easy parking, clean restrooms, BBQ's, benches. PLUS IT HAS 2 DIFFERENT 18 HOLE DISC GOLF COURSES ON THE. HILL ACROSS FROM THE PARK. One of the very fun part of this Park was showing my granddaughter the wildlife. I found out today they killed the squirrels. All of them there were none there. My heart was sad. Been coming here for years....
