I just had my wedding here. Wedgewood weddings the quote on quote “we’ll take care of everything don’t stress its your wedding”.I really tried not to be bias, but my honest opinion they get from me 2/5 stars from me and my wife. When we first came for our quote to meet them and get a introduction of what they do, we really liked it and we were sold: but, it feels as if once they get that down payment, the communication is done and we have been scammed. Me and my wife did 80% of the communicating with our coordinators first, and sometimes when they emailed us it would be individually, not together which me and my wife didn’t like. Our first coordinator was hailee and she seemed very nice and promised us we would be invited to their first wedding fair in the fall. As months went on I emailed them multiple times and we were promised we would be invited, then came a day of another one of my emails to them and they told us the fair already happened and we never got invited and our coordinator Hailee was sent to another location for Wedgewood to help out and we were never told of this. This made me and my wife very upset. The manager reached out to us apologizing to see what they could do to make things right and invited us to the spring wedding fair which was one month before our actual wedding date, which we felt made no sense and we were introduced to another coordinator. During our time at the spring wedding fair, I happened to meet 2 of my friends also getting married through Wedgewood, which they told me they got to attend both wedding fairs: but felt the same way based on communication. During our wedding fair experience it was overall 2/5 due to them not having enough of variety’s to sample: which the items we tried were supposed to be their popular items that didn’t taste good. Besides the food samples not tasting good, the event was disorganized and people scrambling everywhere. The coordinators, including the manager did not seem friendly or engaging at all during the event: they picked and chose who to greet based on whom they were familiar with: which makes no sense because I feel like they should go to everyone, as if everyone isn’t important. When a client is working with coordinators that promises the client’s wish to be done and their coordinators are constantly changed without a notice or reason this is very upsetting because it’s an important day. We worked with 3 different coordinators. During our actual wedding day, there was confusion with the staff on our photo booth time. Originally, we told them 8PM, but they got 9PM and had to get it fixed during the actual day. We had a late night snack bar with instant noodles, and cookies. The staff forgot to put our cookies out, so we took home 120 cookies…. At the end of the night. Based on friends, and family’s experiences as well they told us during cocktail hour and dinner hour food wasn’t getting replenished, and they ran out of some drinks at the bar. This makes no sense to us as we got the premiere experience which is supposed to be unlimited, so when our guests went back for seconds there were empty trays and no employees insight. For our package, we had open bar and our guests told us they ran out of beer and gave some alcohol for free, and were upset about not getting tips and tried to charge some guests for alcohol: though it was supposed to be included in our package. Working with the vendors that partner with Wedgewood for your all inclusive experience is also a pain. You the client must contact them first and sometimes its difficult due to a-lot of clients working with them so it takes a while to get a response, but once you get in contact with them its good from there: referring to the florist, cake. They did an amazing job, but I wish they had more than 1 person to contact, but I get it because they are working with so many people. Our wedding looked beautiful on the actual day, and the staff did a great job working hard.

From Creative Cinema & Photography As a pro wedding photographer, I've been fortunate enough to capture moments at many gorgeous wedding venues, but San Ramon Waters by Wedgewood Weddings stands apart as a rare gem. The harmony of its breathtaking natural scenery, top-notch amenities, and unparalleled staff make it an absolute must-visit for wedding photographers. San Ramon Waters is an idyllic sanctuary surrounded by rolling hills and tranquil waters, offering a spectacular setting for your wedding day. The venue's sophisticated design and ample photo opportunities, from the grand reception hall to the gorgeous outdoor ceremony site, create an unforgettable experience for all. The lighting at San Ramon Waters was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for the happy couple. With well-maintained indoor and outdoor spaces bathed in natural light, capturing beautiful, flattering photos was a breeze. The ample grounds also offered plenty of room for creative movements and unique shots, elevating the photography experience. The staff at San Ramon Waters were truly remarkable, always on hand to help with anything needed. They went above and beyond to ensure a stress-free and unforgettable day for the couple, making the photography process effortless. They were a joy to work with and truly added to the magic of the day. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend San Ramon Waters by Wedgewood Weddings to anyone seeking a sophisticated and breathtaking wedding venue. Its top-notch amenities, remarkable staff, and stunning natural beauty embody five-star quality and excellence.

We would like to thank the whole staff of San Ramon Waters, My husband and I had such a great and fun time on our wedding day. Our wedding day was so special and magical. This venue is very beautiful and romantic. The staff were very helpful and responsive before, during and after the wedding. We booked this venue when the pandemic first hit and unfortunately (just like any other 2020 brides) we had to reschedule the wedding date. I was so worried about it but, they made it super easy and made me feel at ease through the entire process. They would answer all my questions and concerns almost right away through email/phone/text. I DIY'd most of my decorations and wanted them placed in certain areas during the ceremony & reception and they gladly worked with me in doing so. I was so happy when I saw all of them placed exactly the way I envisioned them. Everything went so smoothly! We are very happy customers and I highly recommend this venue!

Planning a wedding in California while living in Texas seemed like a daunting task, but San Ramon Waters by Wedgewood made it so, so easy and helped our vision come to life! Is there such thing as a perfect wedding? Because that's what we felt we had and it's all thanks to the staff at this venue. From the day we toured the venue through our wedding day, they were there for us. Any questions we had, we emailed them, and they would respond within MINUTES sometimes. Their responsiveness and communication was top notch and made planning a breeze. Their wedding planner binder had every detail we could think of, and the to-do timeline recommendations helped keep us on track throughout. We used all of their recommended vendors besides the photographer, and it was just so easy. We're still in shock about how stress-free the planning process was because of their team. Fast forward to the actual wedding day - it flowed seamlessly. The food was AMAZING. The drinks were flowing even though our families kept them running around with all those shots 🤣 We just felt supported from start to finish and can't say enough about them! They went above and beyond. The little things they did helped make the day even more special - they kept asking us if we needed anything. When we sat down at our table, they had a cute photo printed out that they sneaked during our bridal party photo session. They packed us two plates of the dinner meal to take home. We can go on and on! And we haven't even mentioned how BEAUTIFUL the actual venue was. It was a dream and we are so grateful for how they made our dream...
